Research Analyst

• Completes daily reviews of all patient video submissions when ingesting medications, and responds as appropriate per engagement and escalation protocols, and documents actions taken
• Updates and maintains a database of patient-level notes daily

Patient Engagement Specialist, Research and Clinical Trials

• Act as the primary site contact and site manager throughout all phases of a clinical research study, taking overall responsibility of allocated sites.
