Research Analyst

• Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management activities and close-out visits (performed on-site or remotely) ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and/or Good Pharmacoepidemiology Practice (GPP) and protocol compliance

Clinical Research Associate – Full-Service

• Conducting thorough research into an individuals’ background using a variety of tools, such as databases and public records
• Gathering information, analyzing data, and compiling this information to be entered into a final report

• Ensuring all searches are processed and reported according to state and federal laws as outlined in AccuSourceHR’s reporting guidelines

Research Specialist

• Support the Oncology, Alzheimer's, Orthopedic, and University of Arizona's Research initiatives.
• Read and understand clinical trial protocols, budgets, and related documentation.
• Build research studies within our Clinical Trials Management System for use by clinical staff and financial teams.
• Manage high-quality calendar builds, accurate financial entry services for site clients.
• Collaborate with internal Banner Research teams and site clients to ensure billing determinations, sponsor budget, and clinical trial agreement are congruent with the clinical trial protocol and site client requirements.
• Translate protocol requirements into structured calendars and manage site clients with exceptional customer service.
• Perform QA process for study builds from team members and document reviews with new team members for study build accuracy.

Clinical Trials Management System Research Analyst

• Updates, maintains, and improves data dashboards using R and related tools.
• Provides technical support for applied research projects, public health data reporting, dashboard maintenance, and data dissemination, and coordinating research-related data products, reports, and internal process improvements.
• Produces reports using VDRS/SUDORS and other project-related datasets in response to internal, partner, and stakeholder requests.

• Conduct site monitoring visits, including site feasibility, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits, in accordance with SOP, protocol requirements, GCP and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Deliver protocol-specific and study-related training to assigned sites and maintain consistent communication to address study expectations, questions, and emerging issues.
• Perform source data review and verification to ensure accuracy and completeness of clinical trial data.
• Assess site compliance with the protocol, GCP, and applicable regulations by reviewing study conduct, documentation practices, and data quality; escalate significant findings when necessary.
• Monitor overall study progress at assigned sites by reviewing enrollment activity, CRF completion, EDC entry, and query resolution.
