Quality Assurance Coordinator

• Lead and oversee a team of Quality Assurance Analysts, ensuring effective execution of benefit configuration testing, validation, and audit activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of complex quality assurance for new client implementations, benefit changes, and ongoing maintenance across all lines of business.
• Establish and enforce quality assurance standards, procedures, and audit methodologies, ensuring compliance with internal requirements.
• Provide oversight on root cause analysis, issue resolution, and corrective action planning, ensuring issues are identified, tracked, and resolved effectively by partnering with Issue Management Team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvement, automation, and scalable initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and improve testing outcomes.
• Oversee development and maintenance of training materials, job aids, and standard operating procedures, ensuring consistency across the team.
• Support and lead client interactions, including presentations, audits, implementations, and RFP responses related to quality assurance practices.

Quality Assurance Analyst

• Lead and support end-to-end (E2E) testing across the SAT Account Management platform and its upstream and downstream partner systems
• Build a clear understanding of the end-to-end workflow for each testing event by partnering with subject matter experts and reviewing available documentation, system flows, and user stories
• Define and document the test scenarios needed to validate the Account Management portion of the overall E2E process
• Review proposed test coverage with stakeholders to ensure scenarios are complete, accurate, and aligned with business intent
• Coordinate and create test data required for execution, including collaboration with upstream and downstream partner teams
• Prepare for test execution by learning the relevant user interfaces, batch jobs, APIs, and Account Management data structures involved in each flow
• Support test environment readiness by tracking dependencies, identifying gaps, and helping teams stay aligned ahead of execution
• Execute tests across multiple applications and dependent platforms, validate outcomes, and clearly document results

Senior Integration Test Analyst

• Test assigned stories for acceptance criteria and regression testing while utilizing a continuous “test to break it” approach
• Participate in Sprint ceremonies based upon assigned initiatives

• Consider automation and work with sister teams to help implement, test and communicate updated scripts
• Perform overall risk analysis for assigned testing stories

Quality Assurance Tester

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test strategies and test plans across Salesforce Government Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, and end-to-end testing across complex Salesforce solutions and integrations.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, Flows, Lightning components, Apex functionality, APIs, security models, and custom platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, and project teams to understand requirements, acceptance criteria, and business processes.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and regression suites utilizing Copado and related Salesforce testing tools.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, retrospectives, and release readiness activities.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution while partnering closely with development teams on root cause analysis and remediation.
• Validate data integrity, migration accuracy, and platform behavior across environments and deployments.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with security, governance, accessibility, and regulatory requirements within Government Cloud environments.
• Support CI/CD deployment validation, release management activities, and production readiness testing.
• Execute API and integration testing involving MuleSoft, middleware platforms, and external enterprise systems.
• Participate in client-facing discussions, testing reviews, and UAT coordination sessions as needed.

Salesforce QA Engineer – Public Sector, Government Cloud

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Review tickets (bugs, enhancements, new features) and other technical documents to engage in each phase of the software development lifecycle
• Create, run, repair, manual, and automated tests using frameworks like Playwright
• Plan and build automated testing frameworks that integrate with development workflows - determining what to automate (regression tests, API endpoints, critical user flows) and when to run which tests
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, coordinate, and perform quality testing activities
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional scrum teams and across the larger company
• Demonstrate best practices in everything you do, including meaningful test coverage and striving to ensure maintainability
• Mentor junior QA team members and advocate for quality standards

Senior QA Engineer

• Support the PEC Training and QA Manager in developing the Quality Assurance (QA) program for our Patient Engagement Center (PEC).
• Evaluate patient interactions, collect and analyze data to improve processes and protocols within the contact center.
• Identify coaching opportunities and support PEC Managers in helping Patient Engagement Advocates improve their skills.
• Monitor and conduct evaluations of interactions to assess the quality of service and identify strengths and areas for improvement in Advocate performance.
• Support the “nesting” program when Advocates graduate training and begin handling interactions through more robust call monitoring.
• Participate in cross-functional collaborations with other Ivy departments to ensure process alignment among the PEC, front office, and clinic teams.
• Observe daily operations of the contact center and lead interaction quality calibrations to identify skill gaps and necessary training program improvements.
• Help to improve PEC KPIs by sharing performance trends, areas of concern, and opportunities for improvement with Advocates and PEC management.
