Product Operations

• Serve as the company's senior-most commercial and operational leader within the Product organization
• Set the strategic direction for how Acumatica prices, packages, and commercializes its platform across all segments
• Build the organizational infrastructure to execute strategy with precision and speed
• Own the full operating system of the CPO organization
• Define and own the commercial data infrastructure
• Establish release governance and pricing launch protocols
• Drive deal desk strategy and escalation governance
• Serve as the operational right hand to the CPO
• Set the long-term vision and annual roadmap for Acumatica's pricing architecture
• Lead AI monetization strategy and execution end-to-end
• Commission and lead enterprise willingness-to-pay research programs
• Own the annual price increase program
• Define the commercial architecture for embedded Payments and fintech adjacencies
• Govern discounting policy, partner margin frameworks, and promotional architecture
• Represent pricing at the executive table
• Partner with the CPO to define Acumatica's multi-year commercial product strategy
• Engage the Vista Value Creation team as a strategic partner

Vice President – Pricing and Product Operations

• Build, lead, and develop the Product Operations & Delivery organization — including hiring strategy, role definition, performance management, and career development
• Define and continuously evolve the operating model for requirements intake, backlog governance, quality standards, and delivery readiness criteria across DET
• Establish best practices and structured approach with the tools used for Product Development Life Cycle and Software Development Life Cycle
• Evolve agentification and AI tool enablement to the team and program operating model
• Help drive the definition of product requirements intake and prioritization within program structures
• Translate high-quality, delivery-ready requirements — reducing rework, accelerating delivery, and improving adoption at scale
• Partner with Process Engineering & Optimization (PEO) leadership to ensure as-is and to-be business process changes are accurately translated into product-ready requirements
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology leaders, providing clarity, recommendations, and tradeoff decisions related to requirements strategy, delivery readiness, and execution risk
• Establish enterprise standards for requirements quality, traceability, acceptance criteria, solution validation, UAT support, and release readiness
• Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and readiness gaps related to requirements quality, process change, or stakeholder alignment
• Define and track KPIs for requirements quality, delivery readiness, rework reduction, delivery predictability, and business adoption
• Represent Product Operations & Delivery in senior forums, driving alignment across business, product, and delivery stakeholders

Director, Product Delivery – Operations

• Develop and maintain systems and processes to track product performance
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Client Operations, and Sales to set targets and prioritize action plans to achieve them
• Own and evolve the operating system used by Product to plan, track, and communicate work, including roadmaps, planning artifacts, and execution tracking (in close partnership with Engineering)
• Design and run lightweight operating cadences (e.g., planning cycles, product reviews, execution check-ins)
• Improve visibility into priorities, progress, and decisions across the product organization without adding unnecessary process
• Define and own the PM tool stack, evolving the tools and workflows that PMs use every day to ensure the function is operating effectively
• Identify where automation, AI/agents, and other new workflows can materially change how product ideas are surfaced and translate those ideas into adopted capabilities.
• Build systems that capture and share high-quality product work (e.g., great PRDs) and decisions across teams, helping raise the bar and accelerate learning.
• Own and improve core product development processes, tooling, and team rituals (planning cycles, monthly reviews, roadmap prioritization, etc.)
• Drive cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
• Facilitate roadmap planning by coordinating stakeholder inputs and maintaining transparency across the org
• Design and run Early Access Programs and alpha testing programs that validate product-market fit and surface refinement signals before broad release
• Own launch coordination end-to-end — ensuring timely, high-confidence rollouts with clear success metrics and post-launch monitoring
• Maintain cross-team roadmap visibility that keeps clients, delivery teams, and leadership aligned on what's shipping and why
