Product Operations

• Owns the product strategy and success for a given business stream
• Defines long-term vision and ensures alignment with company-wide goals
• Identifies key operational constraints, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities
• Ensures business impact by setting measurable Input & Output KPIs for the stream
• Leads a team of 2 Senior Product Owners, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and priorities
• Provides mentorship, feedback, and career development opportunities to team members
• Ensures effective cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, and Data teams
• Oversees the execution of multiple innovation projects within the business stream.
• Facilitates decision-making, prioritization, and trade-off analysis to maximize value delivery
• Uses data analytics to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation
• Ensures effective communication across departments and leadership to align expectations
• Drives collaboration between product, engineering, and operations to balance technical feasibility and operational needs

Principal Product Manager – Operations

• Operational implementation of new products following product approval
• Forecasting and demand planning for core products and launches
• Preparation of reorders in coordination with the Co‑Founder & Brand
• Ensuring product availability
• Managing inventory, stock coverage, and tied-up capital
• Operational launch readiness
• Supplier management and coordination of existing manufacturers and suppliers
• Ensuring delivery capability, quality, and timelines
• Managing lead times, minimum order quantities, and production planning
• Escalation management for delays or quality issues
• Building and evolving the central Product Operations system
• Maintaining and enhancing ERP, dashboard, and KPI systems
• Identifying and implementing automation opportunities
• Developing and automating workflows — with a strong focus on AI-supported processes
• Reporting and transparency on inventory, forecasts, product availability, and risks
• Monthly Product Operations reporting
• Establishing a reliable data foundation for operational decision-making

Product Operations Manager

• Support the product team across tooling, analytics, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Design, gaining hands-on experience in how a fast-growing AI company builds and ships products at scale.
