Product Operations

• Support the product team across tooling, analytics, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Design, gaining hands-on experience in how a fast-growing AI company builds and ships products at scale.

Product Operations Intern

• Define and structure individual product areas and prioritize them together with the team.
• Independently manage internal projects around new modules and features and drive them to completion.
• Clearly formulate requirements and accompany them through the development process.
• Engage directly with customers, test new features with them, gather feedback, and feed insights back into the team.
• Keep an overview of our product and ensure the right things are launched at the right time.
• Act as a bridge between development, data analysts, sales and customers – both internally and externally.
