• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers, supporting their growth and career development.
• Own and prioritize the product roadmap for your area, balancing customer value, business impact, and delivery effort.
• Define, measure, and optimize product success through key performance indicators (KPIs) and data-driven decision making.
• Partner closely with technology, business, and operational teams to understand opportunities, evaluate tradeoffs, and deliver scalable solutions.
• Communicate product strategy, progress, and results to stakeholders, demonstrating measurable business value.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer and associate needs to create innovative, user-focused experiences.

Specialty Lines Product Manager – Systems and Experience

• Develop and maintain systems and processes to track product performance
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Client Operations, and Sales to set targets and prioritize action plans to achieve them
• Own and evolve the operating system used by Product to plan, track, and communicate work, including roadmaps, planning artifacts, and execution tracking (in close partnership with Engineering)
• Design and run lightweight operating cadences (e.g., planning cycles, product reviews, execution check-ins)
• Improve visibility into priorities, progress, and decisions across the product organization without adding unnecessary process
• Define and own the PM tool stack, evolving the tools and workflows that PMs use every day to ensure the function is operating effectively
• Identify where automation, AI/agents, and other new workflows can materially change how product ideas are surfaced and translate those ideas into adopted capabilities.
• Build systems that capture and share high-quality product work (e.g., great PRDs) and decisions across teams, helping raise the bar and accelerate learning.
• Own and improve core product development processes, tooling, and team rituals (planning cycles, monthly reviews, roadmap prioritization, etc.)
• Drive cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
• Facilitate roadmap planning by coordinating stakeholder inputs and maintaining transparency across the org
• Design and run Early Access Programs and alpha testing programs that validate product-market fit and surface refinement signals before broad release
• Own launch coordination end-to-end — ensuring timely, high-confidence rollouts with clear success metrics and post-launch monitoring
• Maintain cross-team roadmap visibility that keeps clients, delivery teams, and leadership aligned on what's shipping and why

Product Operations Lead

• The Senior Manager of Product Operations, US Digital Banking will play a leadership role in shaping and executing the product and risk operations strategy for our U.S. digital banking products.
• This leader will play an instrumental role in driving operational efficiency, scalability and reliability of our digital wallet, debit card, prepaid card and core banking platform.
• Ensure superior customer experience, robust risk controls, prudent fraud management, and forward-looking enhancements for digital banking-related features and services.
• Develop business requirements and partner with product teams to develop and implement product requirements that comply with and influence internal policies and procedures.
• Drive product improvements that ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Act as the product operational subject matter expert for account origination, account lifecycle management, payments, settlement, clearing, and reconciliation.
• Manage internal and external product operations, ensuring seamless integration and performance across multiple channels.
• Define and create the requirements for comprehensive fraud prevention and risk management strategies tailored to our payments and core account services, including limit and velocity management and working in collaboration with our internal partners and teams to implement those requirements.
• Ensure all products and operations are compliant with relevant regulations (e.g., BSA/AML, Reg E, Reg Z, NACHA, PCI DSS) and industry standards.
• Act as a point of escalation for investigations of customer behavior, risk findings and partner with Legal and Compliance teams to execute periodic risk assessments requested by external partners.
• Identify opportunities for product, platform, and operational enhancements that align with evolving customer needs and market trends.
• Champion product automation and digital transformation initiatives to enhance the speed and accuracy of operational workflows.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to define requirements for new features, process improvements, and technological upgrades.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, proactively anticipating operational risks and ensuring solutions are scalable and future-proof.
• Work with partner banks, fintechs, and third-party vendors to ensure operational standards and SLAs are met consistently.
