• New Product Launch GTM: Own go-to-market plans for assigned product areas and launches. Define positioning, messaging, and launch readiness, then track and report results after launch.
• Sales Enablement That Wins: Build the assets sellers actually use: pitch decks, battlecards, talk tracks, objection handling, and one-pagers. Test them against real sales conversations and refine for impact.
• Demand Generation Partnership: Partner with Demand Generation to fuel and convert pipeline. Shape campaign messaging, landing pages, email, and content that bring new customers in the door.
• Differentiated Messaging and Positioning: Turn product capabilities into value and proof points for prospects across priority audiences. Own the outcome, not the feature.
• Competitive Intelligence: Build competitive intelligence and counter-positioning that shape seller behavior and help win deals. Go beyond compiling information to surfacing the insight that changes the conversation.
• Persona and Buyer Journey: Develop persona-led messaging mapped to each stage of the new-customer buyer journey.
• Research and Data: Use voice of customer, win-loss, Salesforce, and Gong to sharpen messaging and inform marketing, sales, and product strategy.
• Measure What Matters: Connect your work to pipeline, conversion, and new revenue. Define success criteria up front and report on what the work moved.

Product Marketing Manager

• Overseeing activities within the assigned areas in the GMP program.
• Assist with training employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures
• Coordinate and monitor work activities
• Provide reports, such as pass down, Perform service, and safety inspections
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair
• Track and maintain supplies inventory
• Issue equipment and supplies
• Monitor of personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipment

Lead GMP

• The GMP Tech will be responsible for keeping assigned areas within GMP in clean and orderly condition.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.

• Perform repetitive tasks.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Take direction and respond to supervision.

• Perform sanitization duties to maintain a GMP controlled environment.
• Consistently follow all customer and SBM SOP’s and procedures.
• Respond to customer requests in a professional manner.
• Fully train in area job functions for specific shift assignment and area classification including walls, floors, windows, wipe-downs, maintenance issue reporting, and shut-down cleaning.
• Complete daily FN logs accurately and completely.
• Must be trained and be certified in correct gowning procedures for assigned area.
• Complete all basic training modules and annual qualification trainings per customer Standard Operating Procedures.
• Complete all safety certifications including chemical safety.
• Available to act as area fill-in in the event of general staff shortage.
• Support shift lead in completing work orders and internally identified items for assigned area.

Director, Enterprise Product Marketing

• Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives through agile project management, ensuring that campaigns and materials are developed efficiently and align with business objectives.
• Own the messaging and positioning of the Electric solutions, synthesizing complex product capabilities into compelling narratives that drive adoption.
• Develop and manage a strategic portfolio of assets, including one-pagers, sell sheets, FAQs, partner pitch decks, and competitive battle cards that arms sales teams to win.
• Foster a data-driven marketing culture, leveraging competitive analysis, customer feedback, and campaign performance data to inform marketing strategies.
• Manage product update communications to clients and prospects.
• Use a combination of quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize marketing initiatives and measure the effectiveness of partner adoption campaigns and product positioning efforts.
• Align with the marketing team to develop product nurture campaigns designed to drive partner customer adoption and engagement with the platform.
• Define detailed campaign briefs, content requirements, and success metrics in collaboration with marketing, design and analytics teams, covering messaging frameworks, audience and targeting.
• Align with the marketing team for development and execution of a full marketing campaign lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact marketing assets.
