Product Marketing

• New Product Launch GTM: Own go-to-market plans for assigned product areas and launches. Define positioning, messaging, and launch readiness, then track and report results after launch.
• Sales Enablement That Wins: Build the assets sellers actually use: pitch decks, battlecards, talk tracks, objection handling, and one-pagers. Test them against real sales conversations and refine for impact.
• Demand Generation Partnership: Partner with Demand Generation to fuel and convert pipeline. Shape campaign messaging, landing pages, email, and content that bring new customers in the door.
• Differentiated Messaging and Positioning: Turn product capabilities into value and proof points for prospects across priority audiences. Own the outcome, not the feature.
• Competitive Intelligence: Build competitive intelligence and counter-positioning that shape seller behavior and help win deals. Go beyond compiling information to surfacing the insight that changes the conversation.
• Persona and Buyer Journey: Develop persona-led messaging mapped to each stage of the new-customer buyer journey.
• Research and Data: Use voice of customer, win-loss, Salesforce, and Gong to sharpen messaging and inform marketing, sales, and product strategy.
• Measure What Matters: Connect your work to pipeline, conversion, and new revenue. Define success criteria up front and report on what the work moved.

Product Marketing Manager

• Design and own a structured 30/60/90 onboarding program for new sales reps and account managers
• Build clear milestones, certifications, and ramp tracking that give managers visibility into new hire progress
• Continuously refine the program based on time-to-productivity data and manager feedback
• Establish a consistent framework for how ACST powered by Vanco runs discovery, demos, and qualification across the team
• Build playbooks for key selling scenarios: competitive objections, multi-stakeholder deals, and district finance buyer conversations
• Partner with sales leadership to ensure methodology is coached and reinforced, not just documented
• Build the scaffolding that makes managers better coaches — call scorecards, structured 1:1 frameworks, and call review cadences
• Partner with leadership to establish a regular rhythm of deal review and rep development planning
• Surface patterns from call recordings and field feedback to identify systemic coaching opportunities
• Develop onboarding, expansion, and renewal playbooks for our five account managers
• Ensure CS has the skills and materials to drive retention conversations and identify expansion opportunities early
• Align CS enablement with sales methodology to create a consistent customer experience from first touch through renewal
• Act as the traffic controller for existing sales and marketing content — ensuring reps can find and use what already exists, and partnering with Product Marketing to develop net-new materials where gaps exist
• Build a reliable field feedback loop that surfaces what’s working and what’s breaking back to Product Marketing and product
• Partner with product marketing on the intersection between positioning + field execution

GTM Enablement Manager

• Lead customer research including interviews, surveys, and call reviews to deepen understanding of buyer behavior, pain points, and decision criteria—and ensure those insights flow continuously into messaging, content, and enablement
• Own PDQ’s competitive intelligence program end-to-end—tracking competitors, synthesizing signals, and delivering timely, actionable insights to stakeholders across product, sales, and marketing
• Develop and refine product messaging and positioning that resonates with IT professionals and key buyer personas, differentiating PDQ’s offerings in a competitive market
• Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap prioritization based on market insight, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics
• Build and maintain competitive battlecards, positioning matrices, and win/loss analysis frameworks that enable Sales to compete and win
• Monitor market trends, pricing shifts, and product announcements to proactively inform product and go-to-market strategy, and develop a repeatable cadence for sharing competitive intelligence across the organization
• Serve as PDQ’s primary point of contact for industry analyst firms—managing ongoing relationships, preparing executive briefings, and ensuring PDQ is well-represented in relevant reports and market assessments
• Translate analyst feedback into internal recommendations that inform product positioning, roadmap, and messaging priorities, and pursue opportunities for PDQ to be featured in analyst research that drives credibility with buyers
• Pilot and scale AI-powered tools and workflows that improve the speed and quality of PMM outputs—including competitive research, sales tools, content development, win/loss synthesis, and persona refinement
• Identify where AI can systematically augment the PMM function and build lightweight processes the broader team can adopt, serving as an internal resource for best practices around AI use in marketing
• Create and maintain high-quality sales enablement materials including pitch decks, case studies, competitive battlecards, and objection-handling playbooks, and conduct training sessions to equip the Sales team with the knowledge and tools to win
