• Executing key initiatives that support Datacom’s SaaS go-to-market journey across Datapay and Datascape
• Providing commercial and GTM analysis to inform strategy and shape execution plans that meet or exceed business goals
• Working cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing and operational teams to deliver strategic and operational initiatives
• Supporting financial planning activities, including budgeting and forecasting across short- and long-term horizons
• Helping build disciplined, repeatable GTM approaches that improve execution, visibility and decision-making
• Implementing and maintaining a principle-driven health and safety culture that ensures employee wellbeing in line with Datacom policy

GTM and Commercial Manager

• Creating clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target customers and differentiates Datacom’s SaaS offerings.
• Executing go-to-market strategies and growth initiatives in collaboration with GTM and other internal stakeholders.
• Driving content creation and amplification through omnichannel growth calendars to build awareness, engagement, and pipeline across target segments.
• Supporting development of collateral and training to empower Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Partnering with Sales, Product, and Success teams to drive product uptake and monitor adoption metrics.
• Managing product launches and ensuring aligned, successful execution.
• Leading customer and market research efforts to refine product marketing strategy and messaging.
• Using data and feedback to continuously optimise product marketing activities throughout the product lifecycle.
