• Help define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and support roadmap decisions that strengthen the Law School customer experience and improve product-market fit

• Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to align positioning, messaging, launch timing, segmentation, and adoption strategies to product priorities

• Develop go-to-market plans for new features, enhancements, and strategic initiatives
• Track success metrics, milestones, launch readiness, and adoption results to monitor progress and support accountability.

• Serve as a vertical and persona SME and maintain narratives (workflows, proof points, objections) so Growth and Sales can utilize them across outbound and events.
• Turn integrations into a growth lever by sharpening integration messaging, upgrading key pages, and shipping reusable partner-ready assets.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering to ship a steady cadence of demo videos and talk tracks to support Marketing and Sales.
