Product Manager

• Acting as the bridge between business, IT, and external users, providing system leadership across the Application Management System (AMS) and Cost Recovery System (CRS), supporting users, resolving issues, and ensuring systems effectively enable regulatory processes.
• Leading system performance and governance of AMS and CRS; supporting users through training and guidance; managing relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors; overseeing upgrades, releases, and testing; and driving continuous improvement in time management and cost recovery processes.
• Systems that are reliable, fit-for-purpose, and continuously improving; confident and capable users across internal and external stakeholders; high-quality, accurate reporting and insights; and strong relationships that ensure issues are proactively managed and resolved

Product Owner – Land and Oceans Applications

• Set direction and deliver outcomes
• Translate enterprise and Personal Banking priorities into a clear Tribe strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes
• Align stakeholders and squads to deliver against quarterly OKRs and strategic priorities
• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary delivery across lending and protection products and services
• Own customer, business, and risk outcomes
• Drive exceptional customer experiences across lending and protection journeys, continuously optimising processes and outcomes
• Balance commercial performance with strong risk management within ASB’s risk appetite
• Embed effective governance, transparency, and compliance across all Tribe activities
• Enable through data, technology, and performance
• Lead the development and optimisation of technology services and platforms within the Tribe
• Partner closely with Technology and Data & Analytics to deliver scalable, resilient, and customer-focused solutions driven by compliance requirements
• Use data and insights to inform decision making, improve flow, and uplift delivery performance
• Lead the Tribe and business performance
• Own financial performance, including budget, funding, and commercial outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery performance, leveraging PACE practices to enhance flow, quality, and velocity
• Provide clear reporting and visibility of performance through robust governance forums
• Build leadership, culture, and capability
• Lead and inspire a high-performing, inclusive Tribe, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Invest in talent development across the Tribe and broader PACE community

General Manager – Lending Transformation, Product Delivery

• Be customer-obsessed: Drive the team and the business to think customer first in everything we do. Speak with customers and partners to understand pain points and development opportunities.
• Build product culture: Champion a culture of continuous discovery, testing, and learning. Be an evangelist for the product, aligning the company and other functions around the product vision and our approach to building.
• Lead, coach, and grow the product management team: You'll be responsible for our product managers — their development, their craft, and their careers. You should have a track record of mentoring PMs and building strong product culture.
• Shape and drive product strategy: Collaborate with the Head of Engineering, and Head of Design to set the direction of the product. Create an inspiring product vision, an insight driven strategy, and a carefully crafted team structure to deliver on it.
• Align teams around what matters: Ensure the product organisation is aligned with the broader company in pursuing the best opportunities. Set objectives that tie product development to key business outcomes.
• Partner across the business: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, and wider functions to drive successful product outcomes. Lead how the product team communicates with the rest of Tracksuit.
• Represent Tracksuit externally: Champion the company, our product, and our approach to building in public.
