Product Manager

• Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure alignment between product vision, business strategy, and customer needs
• Translate program backlog items into clear, actionable user stories for Agile teams
• Own and manage the team backlog, ensuring proper prioritization, refinement, and alignment with delivery timelines
• Work closely with Agile teams to ensure requirements are well understood and correctly implemented
• Define and maintain clear acceptance criteria and support acceptance testing activities
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Program Increment (PI) planning activities
• Act as a key liaison between Product Management, SMEs, and Agile delivery teams
• Collect and incorporate continuous feedback from stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
• Identify and manage dependencies across teams, working with Engineering, Architects, RTEs, and other Product Owners
• Support Agile teams with clarification, prioritization, and sequencing of work
• Drive delivery of value by ensuring continuous progress and high-quality output from the team
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint reviews, and demos
• Monitor delivery risks and communicate any issues or deviations to stakeholders
• Support release planning and coordination to ensure on-time and high-quality product delivery
• Contribute to improving processes, tools, and alignment across the Agile delivery lifecycle
• Promote consistent use of Clario systems, tools, and compliance with SOPs

Product Owner

• Form a clear point of view on what your product area needs to achieve this quarter and this year. Build a well-reasoned case for why and how to get there.
• Carry accountability for product outcomes, from what you’re building and why it’s the right investment to what you’ve shipped and how it’s performing.
• Build and measure iteratively. Ship in increments and use success metrics to decide what’s next.
• Use customer insights and market intelligence to form a point of view on where the credentialing market is headed, then pressure-test your roadmap against it.
• Collaborate relentlessly with other product managers, design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ship new value quickly.
• Operate independently. Run your product area without regular guidance from leadership, and resolve blockers before they become escalations.
• Use AI-powered workflows to speed up validation and discovery.
• Raise the bar around you. Model strong product thinking, coach newer PMs, and give honest feedback to cross-functional partners when the work isn’t at the right level.

Senior Product Manager – Digitary

• Act as the voice of broadcast operators, directors, and the business;
• Define and coordinate QC activities, lead defect detection and investigations;
• Collaborate with Software Engineering, Video Infrastructure, QA, TechOps, and UI/UX teams;
• Create and maintain documentation, technical runbooks, and training materials;
• Build your capabilities across the full product lifecycle with coaching from senior POs.

Junior Product Owner

• Serve as the definitive voice of the data consumer, analyst, and business
• Actively contribute to and shape the strategic roadmap and vision for our data and insights portfolio
• Champion your data product as its primary global ambassador
• Collaborate with Data Engineering Leads, Solution Architects, and QA to enforce robust architectural patterns
• Define system performance metrics and monitor operational data latency
