Product Designer

• As a UI/UX Designer, you'll be part of a creative team and contribute to building intuitive and visually compelling digital products.
• You'll work closely with senior designers, development teams, and stakeholders to turn user needs into consistent and functional visual experiences.
• Building and maintaining a component library in Figma (icons, illustrations, UI elements);
• Developing wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes;
• Participating in user research and user testing sessions to understand customer needs;
• Supporting development teams during the implementation phase to ensure design fidelity;
• Presenting and validating concepts with stakeholders and end users;
• Documenting design specifications in a clear and accessible way for the technical team.

UI/UX Designer, Figma

• Work closely with Product Owners to understand goals and shape product features;
• Support the definition of customer journeys, user flows, wireframes and prototypes (low- and high-fidelity);
• Contribute to design specifications and help translate them into working software together with developers;
• Create and maintain Figma screens and components;
• Maintain and improve the team’s design system and style guide;
• Participate in user research preparation and contribute to research activities;
• Iterate on design decisions based on data and user behavior;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QAs, designers) across locations;
• Take part in team ceremonies (Scrum meetings, sprints ceremonies);
• Gradually grow into a point of contact for design-related topics within the team.

UX Working Student – Product & Design

• Design solutions that meet user needs and business goals across devices within a complex application ecosystem.
• Conduct user research and discovery activities to identify user and business requirements.
• Develop wireframes to bring ideas to life, validate solutions, and conduct validation sessions.
• Actively understand and align with client goals and business contexts.
• Work closely with Product Owners to assess product requirements and translate them into interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure an intuitive, simple, and elegant user experience.

UX/UI Designer, German

• Own the UX strategy across a platform serving 10,000+ organizations - designing workflows that serve distinct personas with different goals, from security investigation to productivity analysis to AI Governance
• Coach and elevate fellow designers through structured critiques, pairing sessions, and shared frameworks - raising the quality and consistency of UX output without formal management authority
• Translate complex, data-dense problem spaces into clear, actionable interfaces that help users move from signal to decision with confidence
• Design end-to-end workflows grounded in real user needs - mapping the jobs to be done, defining interaction models, and reducing friction across multi-step processes
• Build and evolve reusable UI components and interaction patterns for our design system, ensuring coherence across a broad platform with deep configurability
• Run usability testing, discovery interviews, and internal dogfooding to validate design decisions and surface insights that shape the product roadmap
• Partner with product managers and engineers to identify where UX improvements can lower cognitive load, reduce time-to-insight, and eliminate unnecessary complexity
• Work closely with Engineering to ensure that user experience principles are being considered in all aspects of the product
