About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As a UI/UX Designer, you'll be part of a creative team and contribute to building intuitive and visually compelling digital products.
  • You'll work closely with senior designers, development teams, and stakeholders to turn user needs into consistent and functional visual experiences.
  • Building and maintaining a component library in Figma (icons, illustrations, UI elements);
  • Developing wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes;
  • Participating in user research and user testing sessions to understand customer needs;
  • Supporting development teams during the implementation phase to ensure design fidelity;
  • Presenting and validating concepts with stakeholders and end users;
  • Documenting design specifications in a clear and accessible way for the technical team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Comfortable working in Figma on real or personal projects
  • Understanding of core user-centric design principles and a genuine interest in UX/UI
  • Familiarity with current design trends for desktop and mobile
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Attention to detail and a well-developed aesthetic sensibility
  • Experience with other design tools (Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Basic knowledge of UX research methodologies (interviews, heuristic reviews, usability testing)
  • Experience with Jira or other project management tools in an agile environment
  • A degree in a design-related field (visual arts, architecture, visual communication, etc.)
