About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As a UI/UX Designer, you'll be part of a creative team and contribute to building intuitive and visually compelling digital products.
- You'll work closely with senior designers, development teams, and stakeholders to turn user needs into consistent and functional visual experiences.
- Building and maintaining a component library in Figma (icons, illustrations, UI elements);
- Developing wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes;
- Participating in user research and user testing sessions to understand customer needs;
- Supporting development teams during the implementation phase to ensure design fidelity;
- Presenting and validating concepts with stakeholders and end users;
- Documenting design specifications in a clear and accessible way for the technical team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Comfortable working in Figma on real or personal projects
- Understanding of core user-centric design principles and a genuine interest in UX/UI
- Familiarity with current design trends for desktop and mobile
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Attention to detail and a well-developed aesthetic sensibility
- Experience with other design tools (Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Basic knowledge of UX research methodologies (interviews, heuristic reviews, usability testing)
- Experience with Jira or other project management tools in an agile environment
- A degree in a design-related field (visual arts, architecture, visual communication, etc.)
