Insurance Producer, Client Advisor

• Create and/or review job scopes and estimates to ensure accuracy
• Supervise on-site crew, calculate equipment needs, and complete paperwork requirements for jobs
• Monitor jobs until completion
• Perform production work as needed
• Resolve problems quickly as they arise
• Perform daily walk-throughs on all jobs
• Complete job file documentation, including completion of time sensitive material
• Communicate job progress to appropriate parties
• Ensure that customer needs and expectations are exceeded
• Recruit, train, and develop production team members
• Communicate and establish rapport with commercial, insurance, and residential customers

Production Manager

• Own incoming project intake within Monday.com
• Assess project needs, including scope, budget, timeline, and required skill sets
• Partner with creative leadership to define approach and resourcing before kickoff
• Manage team workload and assignments across The Yard
• Make real-time adjustments to balance capacity and priorities
• Ensure the right people are assigned to the right projects based on skill and availability
• Build and maintain project plans within Monday.com
• Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables from kickoff through completion
• Identify risks early and proactively solve for timeline or scope challenges
• Source and onboard freelance talent as needed for capacity or specialized skills
• Manage external partners throughout the lifecycle of a project
• Maintain a strong network of reliable creative and production freelancers
• Manage their contracts and onboarding relative to Shipyard systems
• Collaborate with team leadership to develop project estimates (hours, directs, resourcing, timeframes)
• Track budgets and ensure projects stay aligned financially
• Support contract management and vendor agreements as needed
• Act as a line producer on select video shoots when needed
• Support light production logistics for fast-turn or social content

• Achieve annual new revenue objectives through consultative sales to new clients and expansion of service lines to existing clients
• Develop a Personal Development Plan annually outlining personal and professional goals for upcoming year
• Build an active pipeline of qualified prospects, generating leads from personal contacts, external centers of influence, client referrals, CBIZ associates, and CBIZ marketing sources
• Document activity, notes, and prospect data in appropriate CBIZ systems
• Develop and present recommendations to clients based upon consultative selling approach
• Appropriately close for new business, documenting won and lost opportunities and reasons
• Seamlessly transition sold clients to designated client service team
• Serve as client's valued advisor; building a strategic and personal relationship with key client decision makers
• As appropriate, work with client service team to serve client and retain business
• Communicate with leadership, providing field input on market trends, competitor analysis, and other business intelligence
• Identify, initiate, and support cross serving leads to other CBIZ business developers
