Sports Producer – PT

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to deliver the production plan safely, efficiently, and with high quality.
• Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Oversee daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.
• Develop and manage production schedules; adjust plans as needed to meet customer demand.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, leads, and hourly production associates.

Production Manager

• Create and/or review job scopes and estimates to ensure accuracy
• Supervise on-site crew, calculate equipment needs, and complete paperwork requirements for jobs
• Monitor jobs until completion
• Perform production work as needed
• Resolve problems quickly as they arise
• Perform daily walk-throughs on all jobs
• Complete job file documentation, including completion of time sensitive material
• Communicate job progress to appropriate parties

Life Insurance Producer

• Serves as primary point of contact for Association business partners and stakeholders to define the business and design requirements for moderately complex to complex projects
• Evaluates, plans, and organizes work and resources for the execution of design solutions from concept to production release, accountable for meeting quality targets and achieving program and project milestones within established timeframes and budget
• Oversees team meetings, rituals, and activities to keep project efforts on track and creates communications that provide insight on progress against key project deliverables, milestones, and metrics
• Monitors projects for issues or documented risk and oversees risk management by using established project management processes that address execution challenges associated with quality, schedule and costs
• Facilitates the removal of obstacles and impediments to the design team and facilitates the resolution of design issues through an understanding of business and design objectives
• Facilitates the alignment of stakeholders across projects, teams, and functions by identifying and responding to stakeholder needs and guides approvals with cross-functional partners and stakeholders
• Manages design research efforts and contributes to the creation of design solutions by generating ideas and creating design artifacts informed by advanced knowledge in human-centered design process and methodologies
• Oversees multiple design solutions through appropriate quality and compliance controls and check points and contributes to the development or continuous improvement of design processes, procedures, standards and guidelines to optimize organizational performance in the delivery of business value to members and employees
• Serves as a mentor to peers and oversees the efforts of team members
• Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures

Senior Design Producer

• Assist with shoots
• Order and review custom graphics and animations
• Direct hosts to deliver performances in line with the project’s brand
• Plan and coordinate staged videos under the direction of the Producer
• Provide feedback on projects to create the best possible product for accuracy and aesthetic
• Review and approve the editor’s suggested episode layout to determine necessary graphics and visuals
• Script supervise for accuracy and style as well as any sponsored content as necessary
• Secure licensing and permissions for video assets (images, footage, special sounds, etc.)
• Uphold safety standards on set
• Other duties as assigned

Associate Producer

• Help lead and communicate coverage during breaking news, with the focus on accuracy, urgency, and balance
• Monitor law enforcement, fire, and official social media communications, and make “beat-checks” to determine story coverage
• Understand and support our brand of Covering Colorado First, which requires identifying stories that impact the community
• Create and edit engaging and creative content for digital platforms
• Guide newsroom logistics and provide editorial support for MSJs, producers, and photojournalists
• Edit reporter content for accuracy, grammar, AP style, digital best practices, fairness, and ethical considerations
• Identify and generate stories that will create a buzz
• Available to work nights, weekends, and early mornings

Digital Producer – Assignment Desk Editor

• Pitch compelling, relevant, and timely ideas for the daily podcast, social and newsletter content
• Write the daily newsletter on assigned days with voice, humor, clarity, and relevance
• Prep for conversations you’re contributing to or producing with the host and Executive Producer
• Edit episodes using Descript (or similar tools)
• Develop 2–3 beats or areas of expertise to regularly cover
• Occasionally go “into the field” to capture moments for social and beyond
• Contribute regularly on-mic, bringing your personality, local passion, and expertise to the show
• Work with the Host and Audience Development Manager to create daily social media content
• Produce ads to be included in podcast episodes
