About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • bid, hire, and manage all production partners for content projects
  • manage shoots (video and photo), post-production, animation, and digital
  • remove roadblocks to production
  • act as the primary point of contact for video, photography, and motion design projects
  • work closely with design leads, art directors and copywriters to proactively clarify requirements and use cases
  • anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints
  • work with legal and business teams to secure usage rights, assess risk, and clear work for distribution
  • create strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leadership teams
  • communicate project status with stakeholders regularly
  • put repeatable processes in place that help the team plan and manage multiple parallel projects
  • create contracts, statements of work and purchase orders for production partners in adherence to company spending & transaction policy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience as a producer with experience in video/motion, print, social, and advertising
  • 2+ years of experience leading project delivery for large cross-functional projects
  • an online portfolio of work and the ability to demonstrate solution-creation across a range of production-related issues
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • able to identify and mitigate risk on projects
  • background working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with designers, writers, and marketing managers
  • excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • excellent understanding of design, video, photo and motion work
