• Represents the company to customers, including United States Government (USG) and manages formal customer correspondence
• Leads large-scale, cross-functional proposal development and contract negotiation efforts

Senior Contract Management Specialist

• Lead a team of Commodity Specialists to manage supplier delivery performance
• Guide and support team in their roles as primary escalation points for our site materials teams
• Partner with site materials management, planning teams, and suppliers to achieve root cause and corrective actions on any repeat or systemic delivery issues
• Develop and deploy standard work and performance dashboards to improve procurement processes
• Coach and develop team to ensure goals are accomplished
• Serve as main sourcing leadership escalation point for operational sourcing issues
• Leverage commodity management teams to resolve commercial issues
• Support transfers of work by assuring proper purchasing setup
• Represent sourcing in internal business reviews
• Engage regularly with category management teams and leadership

Sourcing Manager – Replenishment

• Lead full cycle technology sourcing projects including strategy, identifying the right potential partners, outreach, competitive bidding, pricing & contract negotiation, and contract approval
• Build sound relationships with external vendor partners and internal business collaborators
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously—from quick contract renewals to in-depth new strategic partnerships
• Organize a large database of partnerships, be data-driven, and provide clear reporting back to management on the status of renewals or other important contract terms
• Analyze spend and other data to solve problems, monitor purchasing activity, and conduct benchmarking
• Ensure that all contracts are executed & cataloged, and that approved payments reflect contractual terms

Technology Sourcing Manager

• Support acquisition and execution of Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) and BGS DCS Contracts
• Support of requirements definition planning, organizing, development, and submittal of proposals and subsequent negotiation and administration
• Develop relationships with internal and external customers and ensure engagement with requirements development
• Execute daily tasks as part of a team that is not physically located together
• Work closely with One Boeing International Process (OBIP) for the applicable regions
• Coordinate with various internal functions (including, but not limited to Estimating and Pricing, Supplier Management, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Financial Controls, Program Management, Global Sales and Marketing, etc.)
• Develop Proposal Plan of Action, coordinate and facilitate functional inputs, develop proposals, negotiate, participate in gate reviews, request proposal reviews
• Execute contract award and post award activities (e.g. placement of financial assurances, invoicing, warranty claims, etc.)
• Provide flexible hour support as needed to accommodate various time zones and ensure seamless assistance and collaboration across global teams

International Contract Management Specialist

• Assume responsibility/overall management for the assigned outsourced CDI engagements.
• Monitors and manages relationships with contracted vendors.
• Directly supervise and provide expertise to the CDI staff.
• Continually measure the effectiveness of CDI operations and develop plans of action.

CDI Outsourcing Manager

• Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators
• Develops and maintains standard supplier contractual terms, conditions and special clauses and agreements
• Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators
• Communicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities
• Leads cross-functional process management activities

Senior/Lead Procurement Analyst

• Maintain the supplier relationship through excellent communication to ensure the supplier has alignment with ISC’s goals.
• Understand, and support the category specific strategy.
• Understand how category strategy connects to ISC strategy.
• Support Category Specialist and Category Manager in long term cost control strategies to fit specific strategic supplier partnerships and commodities.
• Support lead time maintenance and reduction.
• Assist Accounts Payable and Sourcing in resolving blocked invoices tied to incomplete or incorrect data.
• Support multiple areas of the parts procurement process within TTC’s MRP/ERP system.
• Support the TTC’s Escalation process and requests from TTC’s manufacturing plants on supplier deliveries and escalations as required.
