• Own and execute end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives across indirect spend categories, with a strong focus on technology and software procurement.
• Independently lead complex, multi-step RFP processes for contracts exceeding $250K.

• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, service levels, and commercial structures to improve cost efficiency and overall business outcomes.

Senior Sourcing Manager, IT and Software

• Negotiates favorable terms, volume discounts and long-term contracts with suppliers
• Prepares and processes requisitions and purchase orders for the procurement of goods, services and supplies
• Develops and executes sourcing strategy, evaluates product offerings, recommends suppliers, and negotiates contracts for assigned categories or departments
• Gathers business requirements and identifies and pre-qualifies potential suppliers
• Develops and distributes RFPs/RFQs and collects bids or other information
• Evaluates proposals/quotes based on offering quality, cost, or other criteria and recommends suppliers that are best suited to meet the organization's requirements
• Works with selected suppliers to develop mutually acceptable contractual agreements
• May oversee tactical purchasing operations, such as the issuance of purchase orders or the payment of invoices
• Ensures that all procurement activities comply with internal policies and external regulations

Senior Procurement Specialist

• Assume responsibility/overall management for the assigned outsourced CDI engagements.
• Monitors and manages relationships with contracted vendors.
• Directly supervise and provide expertise to the CDI staff.
• Continually measure the effectiveness of CDI operations and develop plans of action.

CDI Outsourcing Manager

• Develop and execute global category strategies across Direct Services with measurable business impact
• Partner with Corporate and Division stakeholders to identify requirements and drive cost-reduction initiatives
• Lead competitive sourcing events including RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs from strategy through implementation
• Leverage analytics and market intelligence to optimize supplier performance and total cost of ownership
• Lead cross-functional project teams and manage multiple complex sourcing initiatives simultaneously
• Conduct fact-based negotiations with senior supplier executives and manage contractual risk
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and insights to influence stakeholders and senior leadership
• Support contract development, statements of work, and procurement policies in collaboration with Legal, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain
• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and scalability
• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned categories and mentor peers on sourcing strategies.
