• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and supply agreements

• Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics, crop availability, and seasonal fluctuations
• Conduct regular visits to suppliers, farms, and sourcing regions to assess production capabilities and quality standards

Procurement Specialist

• Provide strong, hands-on leadership to a small sourcing team, setting clear expectations, targets, and accountability
• Drive high performance, speed, and consistency in sourcing delivery across multiple concurrent projects
• Coach, develop, and performance manage sourcing specialists, including addressing underperformance proactively
• Own end-to-end sourcing execution for high-volume, time-sensitive recruiting needs
• Ensure sourcing plans directly support project production targets and delivery commitments

• Execute the sourcing strategy defined by senior leadership while continuously identifying opportunities to improve effectiveness and throughput
• Track, analyze, and report on sourcing performance, productivity, and outcomes
