Pricing Analyst

• Lead-level pricing analyst and thought leader responsible for supporting the actuarial team by leveraging expert, broad pricing knowledge to drive innovation within data capabilities, analysis, and system functionality and integration
• Influences strategic initiatives and leads multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Works closely with business partners to achieve desired outcomes
• Utilizes actuarial tools and modeling software for pricing, valuation, and/or risk management
• Oversees system testing, validation, pricing research and data acquisition activities
• Drives the team to produce integral insights to support strategic decisions
• Provides thought and/or technical expertise on complex pricing topics and influences key stakeholders on business decisions
• Assembles key participants and guides cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of solutions
• Champions and drives the strategic adoption and integration of cutting-edge analytical tools and methodologies
• Tests pricing assumptions and the appropriate premiums, interest margins, reserves, and cash values for new products
• Develops written communication and presentations that effectively convey data-driven solutions to broad audiences including cross-functional executive leadership
• Leads development of training for team members on the mechanics of relevant methodologies
• Serves as a mentor to team members and as a resource on escalated issues
• Leads risk assessments and recommends strategic changes to policies and procedures by staying current on industry trends and emerging risks
• Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures

Pricing Analyst Lead

• Analyze pricing performance, margin impact, and competitive positioning.
• Prepare recommendations and insights to support category pricing strategy.
• Support retail price change decisions through data-driven analysis and scenario evaluation.
• Execute approved retail price changes accurately and on time.
• Work closely with Category Pricing Leads and Category Managers on pricing initiatives.
• Validate pricing changes post-launch to ensure accuracy and expected impact.
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to identify risks and opportunities.
• Build and maintain pricing reports and dashboards to track performance.
• Surface insights related to pricing effectiveness, margin movement, and competitive shifts.
• Ensure compliance with minimum advertised price (MAP) policies set forth by manufacturers

• Lead the development and execution of transfer pricing strategies
• Supervise, develop, and coach teams to deliver exceptional results
• Manage client service accounts and oversee engagement workstreams
• Conduct functional analyzes interviews and perform market studies
• Strategize on local-country tax authority transfer pricing audits
• Independently solve and analyze complex problems
• Utilize firm methodologies and technology resources effectively
• Foster meaningful client relationships and motivate team members

Transfer Pricing Manager

• Support Portfolio and Pricing Team Lead in creating and implementing pricing strategies
• Gather competitive, customer, market, and internal business priorities to design, develop, and continually optimize solutions
• Serve as point of contact for specific segments or portfolios, collaborate to drive business objectives
• Participate in pricing discussions and negotiations for the business line
• Engage with enabling functions to position and promote supported and planned pricing and product changes
• Develop, analyze, monitor, and report performance metrics from internal and external sources
• Heavy involvement in the rollout, implementation, and adoption of pricing tools and strategies
