Pricing Analyst

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants, providing coaching, training, and direction
• Oversee actuarial analyses, support business decision-making
• Ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality
• Develop and maintain business relationships with internal and external clients
• Review work of Consultants and Analysts and oversees the successful completion of projects
• Manage and train Actuarial Consultants and/or Analysts within the department
• Manage Teams time and workload and recommends tradeoffs to leadership

Commercial Pricing Manager

• Analyze costs and pricing strategies
• Conduct market research with Business Development and Price-to-Win teams
• Develop pricing models to optimize profitability and competitiveness in the defense and aerospace industry
• Partner with Proposal and Program Teams to review RFPs/RFQs and develop cost and pricing models
• Conduct detailed analyses of customer requirements, market trends, and competitive landscapes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop pricing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Develop and document supportable Basis of Estimates (BOEs), Certified Cost and Pricing Data (CCPD), and Cost/Price Volumes
• Analyze historical cost data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for pricing optimization
• Build and maintain cost and pricing models

• Assess the overall pricing health of the business through financial metrics, customer value, price perception, sales, margin, and price elasticity.
• Manage the design and implementation of pricing tests and partner with cross-functional teams.
• Develop reporting and dashboards to analyze and track progress on strategic pricing initiatives.
• Provide key inputs into the development of pricing tools, data, and processes in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Data Science.
• Partner with Product, Data Science, Partner Success, and Finance to ensure alignment on pricing strategy and execution.
