Platform Engineer

• Guidehouse is looking for a highly skilled Power Platform Architect who can translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-performance Power Apps solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop technical solutions using the Power Platform.
• Lead the design and architecture of Power Apps solutions, including canvas apps, model-driven apps, and custom connectors.
• Define technical standards, best practices, and guidelines for Power Apps development within the organization.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers and Power Platform specialists.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization for Power Apps solutions.
• Design integrations between Power Apps, Microsoft 365 services, third-party applications, and data sources.
• Oversee the implementation and deployment of Power Apps solutions while ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of solutions with overall business objectives and IT strategy.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in the Power Platform and evaluate their applicability to the organization.

Lead Power Platform Developer – Architect

• Set and drive the technical vision for the team and partner with peer staff/principal engineers to shape direction across adjacent teams (data platform, reporting, internal and external frontends & apps)
• Sit at the table with product and business stakeholders (KBRA Analytics, Bank Product) to translate strategy into a multi-quarter technical roadmap, make build/buy/sunset calls, and own the architectural decisions that come out of them.
• Own the architecture of a Snowflake lakehouse ingesting 30+ regulatory and market data sources (FFIEC, FDIC, NCUA, FactSet, Xignite, SEC EDGAR, FRED, etc.) via S3 external tables, Dask-based transforms, and SQS / Mongo change-stream event pipelines.
• Design and evolve reusable Terraform modules spanning AWS, Azure, Snowflake, MongoDB Atlas, GitLab, Datadog, etc.
• Drive CI/CD, IaC, and acceptance-test (BDD/behave) standards across the team.
• Mentor engineers and act as code-owner across IaC, data-lake, and application repos.

Lead Full-Stack Platform Engineer – KFI Data Platform

• Design, build, and improve secure Power Apps to help replace legacy tracking systems.
• Help simplify workflows by setting up automated processes, custom connectors, and data links between different systems and databases.
• Use standard application tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub to manage version control, track changes, and deploy software updates smoothly.
• Work closely with architects, analysts, and agency staff to turn everyday business requirements into clear development steps and useful documentation.

Principal AI Platform Engineer – AI Center of Excellence

• Lead the architecture, development, and scaling of VOR platform

• Act as a Qualys SME within a team of Qualys platform engineers
• Administer, configure, and optimize Qualys VMDR, Cloud Agents, and scanner operations
• Ensure reliable asset coverage, agent health, scan performance, and data quality
• Analyze vulnerability and compliance findings and partner with infrastructure teams
• Contribute to automation and integrations using Qualys APIs and scripting
• Support and enhance ServiceNow integrations for vulnerability intake
• Participate in platform monitoring, incident response, upgrades, change management, and root cause analysis
• Produce and maintain documentation, dashboards, and reporting

Qualys Platform Engineer

• Define and maintain golden paths for service creation, including service templates, starter kits, and scaffolding tools that let teams go from zero to production-ready with minimal friction
• Own developer onboarding workflows and maintain high-quality platform documentation
• Establish and evolve CI/CD pipeline standards across the organization
• Design release automation patterns, including rollout safety mechanisms such as canary deployments, progressive delivery, and automated rollbacks
• Build and maintain internal platform portals, reusable infrastructure modules, and paved-road workflows
• Enable product engineering teams to provision resources, configure environments, and ship features independently without reliance on other teams
• Champion platform adoption through clear documentation, enablement sessions, and a consultative approach
• Measure developer satisfaction and platform adoption metrics to continuously improve the experience
• Partner with product engineering, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure platform tooling meets cross-platform needs
• Translate engineering pain points into scalable platform capabilities• Embed security and compliance requirements such as SOC2 and PCI-DSS into platform tooling and CI/CD pipelines

Senior Platform Engineer

• Implement new solutions to business problems using the Power Platform and other applicable cloud platform solutions.
• Participate in project teams with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to understand customer business processes, objectives, and solution requirements.
• Train citizen developers and promote Power Platform usage and growth.
• Assist in monitoring, governing, and controlling Power Platform environments.
• Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing solutions.
