• Provide urgent care services for adult and pediatric patients aged 6 months and older
• Treat patients in scheduled per diem shifts across Danbury, Fairfield, Brookfield, Stamford, and Norwalk centers
• Perform minor procedures, including sutures, casts, and splints
• Read EKGs and X-rays
• Work with Rad Techs, Medical Assistants, and Scribes who assist with vitals, medication reviews, point-of-care testing, and documentation
• Deliver quality, personal, and connected patient care using state-of-the-art technology, imaging, labs, and ECW EMR

• Consulting and reviewing patients' medical history, allergies, symptoms, and current medications
• Formulating suitable treatment plans
• Prescribing medications to patients and providing proper dosage and administration instructions
• Maintaining accurate records of patients' medical history, medications, allergies, diagnoses, and progress
• Providing remote virtual telemedicine services
• Willing to prescribe Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)
