Performance Marketing

• At Funzy, we are looking for a hands-on mentality with a passion for paid social marketing to help us build and scale the French market.
• You will work closely with our founding team and take on significant responsibility from day one.
• The focus of your role will be Meta Ads, creative performance, influencer marketing, and localizing our brand for France.
• At the same time, you will have the opportunity to gradually expand into other areas of growth marketing.
• Close collaboration with our Meta Ads agency
• Analysis of campaigns, creatives, and performance data
• Development of new creative ideas based on successful German bestsellers
• Cultural adaptation of creatives for the French market
• Identification of new content hooks, ad approaches, and test ideas
• Regular monitoring of relevant KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR
• Establishment of initial influencer and creator partnerships in France
• Identification of relevant content creators and brand partners
• Support in building and developing our French Instagram channel
• Development of local content ideas for the French market
• Ensuring our Shopify store is not only translated but truly localized
• Adapting product texts, ad copy, and marketing messages
• Optimizing the customer journey for French customers
• Ensuring a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints
• Supporting the setup and execution of email campaigns (Klaviyo)
• Analysis of key marketing KPIs and deriving concrete recommendations for action
• Identification of growth and optimization potential
• Supporting the development of scalable marketing processes for France
• Co-responsibility for new customer acquisition and growth in the French market
• Ensuring a strong local brand presence
• Continuous optimization of our marketing activities based on data and user feedback
• Active contribution to shaping our market entry in France

Paid Social Marketing Manager, France

• Execution of paid search campaigns across a diverse portfolio of D2C brands.
• Develop, manage and scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube and Demand Gen.
• Work closely with Growth Strategists, Creative Strategists and founders.
• Drive profitable customer acquisition and unlock new growth opportunities through search intent and demand capture.
• Conduct regular account audits and strategic reviews.

Paid Search Media Buyer – Google

• Build and run a repeatable external distribution engine
• Drive continuous optimisation across direct channels
• Own the global pipeline generation system end-to-end
• Act as the connective tissue of the GTM execution system

Demand Generation Manager

• Support puis mise en place des campagnes des clients du portefeuille attribué
• Gestion des campagnes : suivi et optimisations
• Réalisation des reportings et bilans de campagne
• Analyse des performances sur la base d’indicateurs définis en amont (image, notoriété, génération de trafic sur site, ventes, ROI, …)
• Proposition d’axes d’optimisation des dispositifs
