Demand Generation Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and run a repeatable external distribution engine
- Drive continuous optimisation across direct channels
- Own the global pipeline generation system end-to-end
- Act as the connective tissue of the GTM execution system
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8 years in demand generation, growth marketing, or B2B acquisition in SaaS
- Fluent in full-funnel performance metrics (CPL, SQO contribution, ICP match rate, conversion rates)
- Experienced in orchestrating multi-market campaigns across North America and EMEA
- Proficient with HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics
- Must be fluent in English and French.
