• In this role, you’ll:
• - Drive the full talent acquisition cycle for assigned roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and managing offer letters. This includes elevating our sourcing strategies to attract the world’s greatest talent, leveraging various platforms and networks.
• - Proactively source candidates, especially for business critical roles or roles that are hard to fill.
• - Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates, leveraging various platforms and networks.
• - Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure alignment on the job descriptions and shortlisted candidates.
• - Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including our LinkedIn page, webinars, podcasts and potential events.
• - Utilize candidate, hiring manager and hiring team feedback, to continuously improve and iterate on our talent acquisition process.
• - Onboard new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. From creating the onboarding project, ensuring all systems are ready and that the new hire is set up from success from the time they sign their offer.
• - Own the employee experience interface. You serve as the primary point of contact for global team members, partnering with People leadership to transition manual support into automated, scalable self-service solutions.
• - Create and maintain our documentation. This is a core part of every role at Doist.
• - Create and maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across all our People Systems.
• - Contribute to implementing various talent and people programs and initiatives that support our company culture, growth and values.

Talent and People Operations Specialist

• Manage the end-to-end HR lifecycle, from engaging first-day onboarding and relocations to probation check-ins and exit interviews.
• Resolve employee queries with empathy, and proactively write/update localized knowledge articles to drive self-service.
• Manage monthly payroll data entry, local benefits, and all standard HR administration.
• Own the local events calendar, internal communications, and wellbeing initiatives to create a vibrant site culture.

People and Culture Specialist – Fixed Term

• Providing 1:1 coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions using the Mento Platform and Tools.
• Participating in ongoing training sessions to improve coaching abilities and skills.
• Communicating with members via your Mento email or via chat in the Mento App in between sessions.
• Being an integral member of the Mento coaching community by sharing coaching tools and insights — helping enhance our coaching practices and fulfill our mission of empowering people to thrive in jobs that they love.
• Acting with kindness, respect, and empathy as an ambassador of the Mento community.

People Operations Coach – SVP

• Assist with day-to-day HR tasks including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee data management.
• Clarify HR policies and respond to employee inquiries with empathy and accuracy.
• Support internal HR initiatives, including company-sponsored people programs and team communications.
• Take ownership of recurring documentation tasks, such as creating and updating internal HR processes, SOPs, and templates to ensure a compliant and well-documented HR environment.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment tasks including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and process coordination.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to track progress, provide candidate updates, and maintain momentum throughout the hiring pipeline.
• Help create a positive candidate experience from first contact to final offer.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics, welcoming new hires and ensuring a smooth integration into the team.

People Operations Specialist

• Serve as a primary HR contact for managers and employees, providing guidance on a wide range of people-related topics.
• Build effective relationships with managers, coaching them on performance management, feedback, and employee development.
• Participate in team meetings to stay aligned with business priorities and proactively identify people-related needs.
• Analyze trends such as engagement, attrition, and employee relations themes, and share insights with HR leadership.
• Manage employee relations matters of low to moderate complexity, including performance concerns, workplace conflicts, and policy interpretation.
• Support investigations in partnership with senior HR and Legal, ensuring consistency and proper documentation.
• Guide managers through performance improvement plans (PIPs), corrective actions, and related processes.
• Provide support to employees navigating leaves, accommodations, and sensitive workplace situations.
• Support performance review cycles, including manager coaching and calibration processes.
• Partner with leaders on talent discussions, development planning, and internal mobility.
• Facilitate onboarding touchpoints and early employee check-ins to support retention and engagement.
• Execute core HR processes including promotions, transfers, and organizational changes with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain knowledge of HR policies and ensure consistent application across teams.
• Contribute to HR initiatives and projects, including program rollouts and process improvements.
