About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with HR leadership to understand business needs across Europe and support day-to-day HR operations.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, compensation and benefits, absence management, employee data, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Ensure data integrity across HR systems and tools.
  • Act as liaison between Shared Services (HR, Finance, Legal) and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage interactions with authorities and external providers related to C&B, social security, and mobility.
  • Support the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 -10 years of previous HR operations experience
  • 3-5 years within an international environment
  • Proven working experience of employment-related laws and regulations in more than one European country
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Experience with a comprehensive HRIS systems.
