• Manage sales forecasts, metrics reporting, and promotional activities efficiently to drive CADDi’s market presence and business growth in Vietnam.

• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and customer engagement to quotation, negotiation, and closing.
• Conduct regular customer visits and provide technical product presentations and commercial support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements to identify new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the technical, product management, customer service, and operations teams to deliver effective customer solutions.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, market intelligence reports, and business reviews for management.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Participate in trade exhibitions, industry events, seminars, and customer engagement activities to strengthen brand presence.
• Ensure excellent after-sales support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor payment collections and coordinate with the finance team to minimize overdue receivables.
• Travel extensively within Vietnam and occasionally across Southeast Asia as required.
