• Drive Celsius “perfect store” execution, expanding SKU distribution, shelf space, displays, and promotional activity
• Execute brand strategy across retail locations within assigned territory
• Conduct account audits, track opportunities, and deliver insights via CRM application
• Collaborate with distributor partners through route rides, blitzes, and key account calls
• Support regional sales initiatives as directed by District or Regional Sales Manager

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing producers.
• Partner with internal sales, underwriting, advanced markets, marketing, and operations teams to deliver an exceptional advisor experience.
• Maintain a strong understanding of competitive market dynamics, product positioning, and industry developments.
• Represent OneAmerica at industry conferences, meetings, and advisor events.

Field Sales Director – Independent Brokerage Channel

• Quick establishment of strong relationships with all existing customers
• Sell Westlake Royal Building Products’ concrete and clay roofing products to achieve targets/quotas
• Work with architects and designers to ensure product specifications
• Interpret data obtained from lead generation, industry/market data, research
• Drive product performance to achieve market share, sales growth, and ASP
• Develop and maintain territory plans to meet business objectives and sales goals
• Maintain positive customer relations by consulting with current and potential customers
• Build rapport with key decision makers within customer organizations
• Participate in local building and roofing trade shows
• Provide marketing opportunities and competitive products information
• Recommend changes in products, practices, and marketing activities
• Operate within budgetary limits and manage customer complaints according to policy
• Submit sales reports and forecasts in a timely manner
• Participate in sales, technical, and product training
