• Take ownership of German public procurement data quality - defining ground truth, monitoring accuracy, and ensuring coverage
• Analyse and review German procurement documents and text-based data
• Quality-assure AI-generated outputs to ensure clarity, accuracy, and relevance
• Identify data and extraction errors, investigate root causes, and feed them back into engineering

German Speaking Junior Analyst, Operations Engineer

• Own and maintain the global P2F process framework, including standards, policies, and controls
• Define process boundaries and handovers with adjacent processes such as Source to Pay, Order to Cash and Record to Report
• Set and track KPIs, such as service level, OTIF plan adherence, inventory and lead time, ensuring transparency and driving corrective actions across regions

• Together with the AIOps team, you will define a research question, place it in a relevant academic and technical context, and design a suitable methodology for investigation
• The ambition is to create work that is both academically solid and practically valuable
• Depending on the chosen scope, the work may include data analysis, model development, system design, experimentation, or comparative evaluation of alternative approaches

Master Thesis in AIOps

• Onboard new Pay customers - handling the edge cases that sit outside the automated flow, coordinating with our payment partner, and being the first point of contact when customers have onboarding questions.
• Run payment operations and compliance monitoring, reviewing flagged transactions, providing supporting documentation to facilitate payment releases, triaging cases by complexity, and collecting identity verification details from customers when payroll payments are flagged.
• Own customer support for Pay resolving everything from how-to questions and payment status to open banking issues and onboarding clarifications.
• Track support metrics, surface patterns to the product and ops teams, and contribute to making support more self-serve over time.
• Manage Mimo's accounts payable and receivable - running payment runs, issuing customer invoices, following up on outstanding balances, and keeping AP/AR ledgers in good order in close collaboration with Finance.
