• Support the establishment of Wahed’s Morocco entity, including incorporation processes, documentation and local requirements.
• Coordinate with lawyers, accountants, corporate service providers, banks, regulators and other external partners.
• Assist with opening corporate bank accounts and managing administrative requirements during the setup phase.
• Support regulatory, licensing and compliance activities with the global legal and compliance teams.
• Maintain project trackers, timelines and action lists for the Morocco launch plan.
• Help coordinate local hiring, office setup, vendors and operational infrastructure.
• Conduct market research and gather local insights to support launch planning.
• Prepare reports, updates and documentation for the global launch team.

Operations Associate

• Lead the day-to-day management of IT infrastructure and operational services.
• Ensure the availability, resilience, and performance of systems critical to the business.
• Oversee infrastructure environments, including on-premises, hybrid, and cloud platforms.
• Maintain high standards of service continuity and operational reliability.
• Select, coordinate, and manage external IT service providers.
• Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
• Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency through process optimization.
• Promote proactive monitoring to minimize operational risks and service interruptions.
• Ensure IT operations comply with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop the local IT operations team.

Infrastructure & Operations Manager

• Coordinate the administrative processing of commercial documentation and contractual files.
• Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date records within internal systems and tracking tools.
• Monitor the progress of administrative processes and follow up on pending actions.
• Support the preparation and distribution of commercial documents.
• Ensure adherence to internal procedures and operational standards.
• Coordinate activities with internal departments to facilitate efficient workflows.
• Monitor document circulation and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
• Organize and maintain both digital and physical documentation.
• Ensure proper filing and easy retrieval of commercial records.
• Assist the commercial team in coordinating day-to-day operational activities.
