Operations

• Integration & lead management: You position Raiffeisen Versicherung in the omnichannel sales environment and manage leads and sales signals (e.g., signal container) in close collaboration with the Raiffeisen sector.
• Campaign management: You plan, design and execute digital and omnichannel campaigns with the goal of increasing sales and driving adoption of digital tools.
• Coordination & interface management: You work closely with regional organizations, product management, analytics and content teams to ensure smooth processes.
• Use cases & pilot projects: You develop focused and signal-driven campaigns, support pilot projects and optimize ongoing activities.
• Monitoring & reporting: You analyze sales and campaign data, derive optimizations and actively contribute to the development of comprehensive omnichannel sales reporting.
• Rollout & knowledge management: You actively promote knowledge sharing and transfer, establish best practices and support Product Owners in the rollout of new digital solutions and tools — through targeted documentation, presentations and short videos.

• Owns the continuous improvement roadmap, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time.
• Leads adoption of operational best practices through coaching and influence.
• Partners with group operations functions to coordinate projects and share knowledge.
• Provides input to innovation roadmaps, business cases, and process design.
• Supports rollout of group projects, owning selected initiatives end-to-end.
• Tracks and analyzes performance metrics to identify root causes and standardize fixes.
• Documents processes (VSM, process maps) and develops change documentation.
