Onboarding Specialist

• Assist in the implementation of Planning and Replenishment solution projects;
• Participate in process mapping meetings;
• Configure tools used by the Supply business unit;
• Collect, organize, validate, and analyze client data;
• Create technical documentation, prepare meeting minutes, and produce reports;
• Participate in and deliver client training sessions.

Junior Customer Onboarding Consultant

• Lead the implementation of a SaaS platform for clients in the Industry and Retail sectors
• Gather requirements, configure the platform, perform integrations, provide training, and support post Go-live
• Map client processes through discovery interviews and requirements workshops
• Collect and analyze documents required to build AS IS and TO BE process flows
• Present platform solutions and configurations based on the mapped processes
• Perform data analysis and load data into the platform
• Define the integration flow between the client and the system
• Execute system configurations and parameterizations following the implementation process
• Perform unit and end-to-end testing of the parameterizations performed
• Present the configured solution to clients
• Support clients during the acceptance (homologation) phase
• Deliver remote and/or in-person training to users and involved teams
• Provide post Go-live follow-up, ensuring support and adoption of the solution
• Support enhancement requests and any additional contracted services
• Prepare documentation according to the department methodology and internal standards.

Senior Customer Onboarding Analyst

• Liderar a jornada de implementação e transição suave entre a venda e a operação.
• Desenhar e otimizar o fluxo de ativação de clientes, desde a assinatura do contrato até o "go-live".
• Guiar o cliente na configuração de catálogos, meios de pagamento, logística integrada e integração de canais físicos e digitais.
• Identificar gargalos que impedem a adoção da plataforma e implementar melhorias no processo de setup.
• Atuar como ponte entre Vendas, Produto e Sucesso do Cliente.
• Monitorar métricas como Time-to-Value, taxa de ativação e satisfação (NPS/CSAT) do onboarding.
