Marketing Analyst

• Own the analytics strategy for retention marketing and product marketing, including defining KPIs, building measurement frameworks, and translating outputs into actionable recommendations for key stakeholders.
• Partner with product and lifecycle marketers to design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments across email, push, and in-app channels, ensuring rigorous incrementality measurement.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure that give marketing and product teams a clear, real-time view of retention health and campaign performance.
• Develop deep behavioral insights into how different user segments activate, retain, and churn, using cohort analysis, LTV modeling, and churn prediction to surface at-risk users and high-value audiences before they're lost.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing and Finance on planning, forecasting, and performance tracking, and support translation of company OKRs into Growth Marketing team priorities.
• Work cross-functionally with Product and Product Analytics to align on shared metrics, improve data instrumentation, and surface insights that inform both marketing and product roadmaps.

Lead Marketing Analyst, Growth Marketing

• Develop and program complex SQL stored procedures, views, and functions using T-SQL.
• Perform duties using system development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Perform quantitative analysis and apply technological data mining and analysis.
• Develop forecasting models for campaign budgeting and member growth projections.
• Develop analytical models for churn analysis, member lifetime value, and ROAS.
• Maintain analytical reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Design and implement digital analytic tools for monitoring website usage.
• Consult with the marketing team on business processes and data quality.
• Lead data visualization and storytelling efforts.

Senior Marketing Analyst

• Support brand media measurement planning and strategy

• Own critical analytical reporting on metrics
• Create and manage data pipelines from multiple sources

Senior Marketing Analyst – Contract

• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover insights that drive profitable customer acquisition and long-term engagement.
• Design, execute, and analyze rigorous A/B and multivariate testing frameworks to optimize conversion rates and spend allocation.
• Support Product and Marketing teams in designing high-performing customer journeys, focusing on the cadence and sequence of interactions that maximize LTV
• Build and maintain automated dashboards in Looker Studio or Tableau to track real-time performance, attribution, and CPA
• Use predictive insights to lead budgeting, forecasting, and "what-if" scenario planning for quarterly growth targets.
• Act as a bridge between Marketing, Product, and Data Science to ensure data integrity and alignment on overarching strategic goals.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels

• Analyze customer behavior across the full lifecycle, identifying key paths, drop-offs, accelerators, and moments of intent
• Build and maintain behavioral pathing analyses to understand how customers move across intents and in response to cross-channel messaging (or lack thereof)
• Translate complex data into clear, human-centered insights that influence lifecycle marketing strategy, campaign design, experimentation, and prioritization
• Partner with lifecycle marketers to define measurement frameworks for onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation
• Communicate insights through compelling narratives, dashboards, and presentations tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
