Manager

• Serve as primary AMP Manager for Utilities, aligning execution to Asset Visibility, Requirements, Planning, and Performance
• Provide technical oversight and integration across Utilities Sub-AMPs (Electrical; Water/Wastewater/Stormwater; Mechanical Distribution)
• Guide system-level prioritization using risk management, MDI/T-MDI, and mission-driven priorities
• Ensure utilities asset inventory and condition data in SMS/NexGen IT are accurate and decision-ready

Utilities AMP Manager, Secret Clearance

• All contract performance related activities typically tied to a customer site.
• Perform in the role as the interface between the customer and the project team, managing the transfer of information and requests , ensure strong synergy across multiple sites.
• Assure timely resolution of issues and keep the customer advised of the progress of the project and negotiate changes and variations and solutions to any issue arising.
• Responsible for adherence to contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial & technical metrics specific to contract.
• Perform proposal negotiation, and contract administration functions on assigned proposals / contracts with minimal supervision · Provide support to manager and senior contracts personnel on assigned contracts Function as the liaison for the customer on contract matters.

Senior Customer Portfolio Manager, CPM

• Lead performance monitoring and evaluation of O&M Contractors against contractual requirements
• Track, analyze, and report operational performance metrics and KPIs
• Identify deviations from targeted performance levels and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure O&M Contractors propose and implement effective performance improvement measures

• Provide both service agreement, and time and material program management
• Own profit and loss responsibility (i.e. orders, sales, margin, cash) for the assigned contracts including parts, repairs, field services and performance services for the customers in assigned contracts.
• Drive operational excellence and rigor on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Culture, and leverage key productivity tools in lean and quality to deliver process excellence

Customer Portfolio Manager, CPM

• Act as a strategic business partner to assigned book of business of enterprise accounts in a variety of verticals across brands and retailers and lead as the point of contact focused on long-term mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Responsible for growing customer lifetime value, which includes identifying upsell/cross sell opportunities, reducing churn, and partnering with teams to impact revenue.
• Support the team to provide an exceptional service experience, including onboarding and integration, analysis on utilization ROI, and strategy recommendations; own the entire post-sale customer journey.
• Forecast, drive, and negotiate renewal and upsell terms to improve retention and expansion rates; collaborate with Sales and RevOps accordingly.
• Act as the voice of the customer and partner cross-functionally with teams to collect product feedback to achieve measurable product adoption objectives.

Manager, Client Leadership

• In-depth knowledge and experience in contract commercial management of projects at both tender/ procurement and post contract stages.
• Middle East construction market experience in last 4-5 years preferable, with delivery experience in Saudi Arabia an added benefit.
• Good common law, contract, commercial and fiduciary understanding, minimum 15 years post qualification experience.

Senior Commercial Manager

• Oversee the administration of all contracts related to the project, ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and corporate protocols.

• Identify and mitigate contractual risks, providing advice on potential opportunities and threats.

Site Manager – High Voltage Synchronous Condenser

• Lead and manage the field service team to deliver exceptional service and support to customers.

• Responsible for supporting the day-to-day management, coordination, and performance of all Transient Aircraft Services (TAS) operations at an assigned installation within the Southwest Asia Area of Responsibility (AOR)
• Ensure aircraft servicing operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all requirements
• Provide leadership across all flight line operations, including aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn-around, and departure activities
