• Develop and manage a portfolio of buyer/client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for buyers purchasing products from Soum.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and purchasing patterns.
• Drive account growth by developing new accounts and identifying upsell and expansion opportunities within existing ones.

• Lead and manage a cross-functional technical team providing on-site, remote, and customer-facing support across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East region, with plans to expand into EMEA.
• Act as a technical authority for server hardware issues, with emphasis on Supermicro systems and GPU-based rack-scale deployments.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous service improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage SLAs, KPIs, and field service performance; optimize processes for service desk and on-site support.
• Recruit, train, and mentor technical and logistics staff to build a high-performance, accountable team.
• Oversee special handling requirements and hardware depot operations, including inventory, distribution, and receipt management.
• Handle customs documentation and ensure compliance with UAE import/export trade laws and licensing requirements.
• Coordinate international shipments and work with logistics partners to meet timelines while optimize cost, routes and delivery timelines.
• Obtain and maintain permits, licenses, and special certifications for importing/exporting server hardware.
• Act as the regional point of contact for all logistics, import/export, compliance challenges and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth operations.
• Proactively address shipment delays, customs hold, and compliance challenges and create contingency plans to avoid disruptions.
• Support pre-sales and post-sales technical discussions, including customer onboarding and project planning.

Senior Manager, Global Service

• Lead and manage all HSE activities across metro operations and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, client requirements, and HSE standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
• Monitor contractor HSE performance and compliance.
• Lead safety inspections, audits, and workplace assessments.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
• Deliver HSE training, inductions, and awareness programs.
• Monitor environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives.
• Prepare HSE reports, KPIs, and regulatory documentation.

• Serve as primary AMP Manager for Utilities, aligning execution to Asset Visibility, Requirements, Planning, and Performance
• Provide technical oversight and integration across Utilities Sub-AMPs (Electrical; Water/Wastewater/Stormwater; Mechanical Distribution)
• Guide system-level prioritization using risk management, MDI/T-MDI, and mission-driven priorities
• Ensure utilities asset inventory and condition data in SMS/NexGen IT are accurate and decision-ready
• Direct QA reviews, gap analysis, and data standards across Utilities portfolios; advise BIAT/Sub-AMPs on assessment priorities
• Validate SMS-generated recommendations and requirements, determine project timing/target years, and support work grouping into opportunities
• Support FYDP+3 infrastructure planning and development for utilities portfolios
• Participate in IPL and Execution Plan development; integrate long-term requirements into investment strategies
• Track and evaluate utilities KPIs and trends using condition indices, RSL, PM/CM ratios, and other non-condition drivers
• Coordinate with Operations Flight shops and Engineering Flight to align organic work tasks with project execution pathways.
