Manager

• Own and develop the company's global payments strategy
• Oversee the end-to-end payments infrastructure across multiple markets
• Expand local payment method coverage across key regions including LATAM, APAC, MENA, and Europe
• Ensure high payment availability, performance, and operational efficiency
• Manage foreign exchange exposure, settlement processes, and treasury flows in collaboration with Finance
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements alongside Legal and Compliance teams
• Manage relationships with payment service providers, card acquirers, and alternative payment providers
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and service levels
• Oversee PSP onboarding, integration, and ongoing performance
• Optimise payment routing, approval rates, redundancy, and transaction success
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Payments team
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Support, and Finance to improve payment performance and customer experience
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across payment operations
• Present payment performance, KPIs, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Regional Payments Manager

• Build strong relationships with our Casino Vendors and the internal Vendor Management team.
• Host fixed meetings with key vendors to negotiate new terms or improved terms.
• Keep up to date regarding key markets, product features, etc. to be able to make the most of our partnership.
• Meeting and identifying potential new gaming vendors.
• Keep the product managers posted with vendors’ new features/releases.
• Keep track of key commercial information for internal tracking.
• Support members of the sales, marketing, finance, and support teams in order to secure growth for the whole organization.
• Reviewing and analyzing reporting data in order to identify key usage trends.
• Working closely with the Legal and Compliance Team in order to meet the jurisdiction's requirements.
• Maximizing gaming vendors' revenue and traffic across clients' through identifying areas to improve profitability for the business.

Senior Commercial Vendor Manager

• Take full P&L ownership of a major market launch in Germany.
• Own acquisition, partnerships, and the entire German market strategy.
• Build local channels from scratch and close deals with affiliates and influencers.
• Ensure the player experience is authentic and premium.
• Drive deposits, FTDs, and NGR month-on-month.
• Represent the brand with partners and compliance frameworks.
