• Develop, launch, and optimize gamification mechanics to increase player engagement, retention, and lifetime value;
• Analyze player behavior and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities;
• Create and manage gamification campaigns, tournaments, missions, challenges, and loyalty programs;
• Collaborate closely with CRM, Product, BI, and Marketing teams to deliver engaging player experiences;
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to introduce innovative gamification solutions;
• Prepare reports and recommendations based on campaign performance and player insights.

Gamification Manager

• Participate in integration projects with PSPs and payment platforms (gateway/method naming, required fields, validation, limits, cashier infoblocks);
• Work with online payments, payment flows, and transaction lifecycles across multiple markets;
• Set up and improve cashier UX: payment buttons, instructions, pre-defined amounts;
• Oversee day-to-day payment operations: transaction, cashier, balance, and conversion/error-report monitoring, transaction and P2P reconciliation, PSP volume monitoring;
• Analyze payment performance, routing, and key operational metrics to continuously improve transaction success and customer experience;
• Collaborate closely with providers and internal teams (product, business, support);
• Maintain the stability of payment operations in a fast-changing, multi-geo environment;
• Take full ownership of operational improvements and payment experience quality, proactively identifying and driving optimizations.

Payment Operation Manager

• Manage the guest booking pipeline for assigned podcast shows, including sourcing, outreach, follow-up, scheduling, and confirmations.
• Book relevant, high-quality guests that align with each client’s show, audience, and goals.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned podcast clients.
• Provide a smooth, professional experience for clients, hosts, and guests.
• Coordinate production workflows across editors, designers, clients, hosts, and internal team members.
• Track episode timelines, deadlines, deliverables, assets, approvals, and publishing status.
• Use AI tools proactively to improve guest research, outreach, scheduling support, client communication, production coordination, quality control, and overall workflow efficiency.
• Ensure all guest-facing and client-facing communication is accurate, polished, and professional.
• Review work before it is sent externally to prevent avoidable mistakes.
• Make sure all episode assets are completed, uploaded, and published on time.
• Proactively identify issues, delays, or missing information and resolve them before they affect the client experience.
• Maintain organized systems, trackers, and documentation for each assigned show.
