• Own the operational running of our compensation cycles (mid-year and annual)
• Maintain and update salary benchmarking data (Radford Global Technology Survey)

Global Study Manager

• Performs review of clinical monitoring visit reports for allocated projects ensuring consistency across protocols and/or regions
• Liaises with clinical monitoring staff for prompt trip report review submission and approval as per the stipulated timelines of PPD and/or the Sponsor
• Reviews and customizes the Monitoring Report Templates for allocated projects
• Evaluates PI oversight, subject safety and study processes to assess site’s ability to conduct study
• Attends applicable internal Project meetings
• Provides input of forecast estimates for report review activities
• Provides trial MVR status tracking and progress update reports to CTM/CRA

• Strategically support and lead the development of proposals, including support strategy development and leading TCs
• Ensure proposal input obtained from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, operational teams, finance, legal and top management
• QC and sense check of stakeholder feedback
• Ensure high quality client-focused proposals, budgets and client grids are delivered for new business opportunities
• Attend department meetings including global RFP Triage, P&C internal meetings, and other adhoc calls

• Supervise the controlling activities for approximately 15 global structure entities covering corporate overheads, shared services, and support costs.
• Govern group recharge models and ensure accurate cost allocations and transfer pricing compliance.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including statutory P&L reviews and IFRS reconciliations.
• Monitor and report exceptional income, expenses, provisions, and other non-recurring financial items.
• Partner closely with accounting, tax, group controlling, consolidation, FP&A, and audit teams to ensure accurate financial statements and compliance.
