Manager, Controlling – Global Structures
AtosManager of Controlling overseeing financial reporting for global structure entities in multinational organization. Leading financial governance and process improvements across international operations.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage a senior financial controller and a controlling apprentice, while steering the India-based Centre of Excellence responsible for corporate recharges and selected internal controls
- Supervise the controlling activities for approximately 15 global structure entities covering corporate overheads, shared services, and support costs.
- Govern group recharge models and ensure accurate cost allocations and transfer pricing compliance.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including statutory P&L reviews and IFRS reconciliations.
- Monitor and report exceptional income, expenses, provisions, and other non-recurring financial items.
- Partner closely with accounting, tax, group controlling, consolidation, FP&A, and audit teams to ensure accurate financial statements and compliance.
- Drive process improvement, standardization, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives across controlling activities.
- Oversee internal controls and support local, tax, and group audits for entities under responsibility.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 15 years of progressively senior experience in accounting and controlling.
- Fluent English, French would be a strong plus
- Proven experience within large multinational organizations, ideally including corporate or regional head office structures.
- Strong knowledge of French GAAP and IFRS reporting standards.
- Proven experience managing and supporting complex audits.
- Previous people management experience, ideally including remote teams or Centres of Excellence.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a global environment.
- Hands-on experience working with SAP.
- Strong understanding of shared services recharge models and cost allocation methodologies.
- Proactive attitude with a strong focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
