• Develop and execute cross-location hiring strategies across Poland aligned with business growth objectives.
• Partner with Consulting leaders to forecast workforce needs and build sustainable talent pipelines.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to strengthen talent attraction and acquisition.
• Define, monitor and drive recruitment targets and KPIs.
• Support the development of recruitment offers, establish location-specific hiring guidelines and monitor exceptions to agreed recruitment and compensation frameworks across locations.

• Support the design and implementation of career development pathways and development initiatives for GDS G&I Industry talent, including learning programs, leadership development activities, mentoring, and talent-focused events.
• Identify talent retention risks and implement workforce strategies that support long-term organizational growth and capability needs.
• Partner with business leaders and HR teams to identify retention risks and implement improvement actions.
• Support programs that enhance employee experience and organizational culture.
• Support and coordinate external employer branding initiatives that strengthen the Consulting organization's market presence and attractiveness as an employer.
• Partner with Recruitment, Marketing and business leaders to design and deliver recruitment-focused events, university partnerships, career fairs and networking events.
• Promote the Consulting Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and showcase career opportunities to attract top talent across all experience levels.
• Measure the effectiveness of branding activities and recommend improvements to increase candidate engagement and talent pipeline quality.

Workforce Strategy – Development Manager

• lead impactful training initiatives, drive competitive readiness, and collaborate closely with marketing, business development, global medical Education to design and continuously improve Robotic Assisted Surgery programs
• plan and execute Healthcare professionals and internal employees training programs, ensuring seamless delivery, strong coordination, and effective reporting
• leverage technical and clinical expertise to train, educate, and inspire field personnel, new hires, and surgeons as needed
• design and continuously improve training programs and serve as a subject matter expert for Education program projects
• partner with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives and drive continuous improvement
• communicate and coordinate with Centers of Excellence and proctors to develop and execute a sustainable annual education plan
• manage participant enrollment, communications, and post-training follow-up; track attendance, effectiveness, and maintain reports and dashboards
• monitor event budgets and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
• deliver training on Robotic Assisted Surgery (RAS) technologies, therapies, and procedures, including hands-on, classroom, and virtual sessions for internal teams and healthcare professionals

RAS Training Specialist

• Deliver live online Language lessons to business professionals in one-on-one and small-group settings
• Facilitate engaging lessons using our established and proven teaching methodology
• Create an interactive and supportive virtual learning environment that encourages learner participation

Corporate German Trainer – Ukrainian Bilingual

• Lead L&D transformation projects or workstreams end-to-end (planning, scope, RAID, budget, quality).
• Design and optimize end-to-end L&D processes (needs analysis, curriculum governance, delivery, evaluation).
• Support implementation and adoption of learning platforms (LMS, LXP, skills platforms).
• Develop learning operating models , including roles, vendor governance, and service delivery structures.
• Define and track learning effectiveness and adoption KPIs .
• Facilitate workshops to align learning strategies with workforce and skills priorities .
• Apply process improvement methods to streamline L&D operations.
• Design training concepts and create learning content (e.g., learning journeys, facilitator guides, participant materials, digital learning assets) tailored to client needs.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops (virtual and in-person) for client audiences, including managers and employees.
