• Je brengt scholingsbehoeften in kaart en denkt actief mee over deskundigheidsbevordering
• Je monitort en analyseert opleidingsdata en doet beleidsaanbevelingen
• Je houdt je onder andere bezig met de vertaling van organisatiedoelstellingen naar een meerjarenopleidingsplan
• Je ontwikkelt een toekomstgerichte visie op intern opleiden en praktijkbegeleiding
• Met jouw expertise draag je bij aan een lerende organisatie waarin medewerkers zich continu kunnen ontwikkelen

Opleidingsadviseur

• Het ontwikkelen, realiseren en continu doorontwikkelen van de internationale Learning & Development-strategie;
• Het aansturen, coachen en verder ontwikkelen van het L&D-team, bestaande uit twee L&D Specialisten;
• Het versterken van de bedrijfscultuur en kernwaarden en het ondersteunen van de verdere internationale groei en integratie van nieuwe markten;
• Het ontwikkelen en implementeren van leer- en ontwikkelprogramma's, waaronder onboarding, leadership development, talent development en management development;
• Het verder ontwikkelen van performance management, talentontwikkeling, succession planning en de internationale leeromgeving, zodat deze optimaal aansluiten op de ambities van Swiss Sense;
• Het adviseren en uitdagen van directie, HR en leidinggevenden op strategische ontwikkelvraagstukken en het vertalen van organisatiedoelstellingen naar duurzame leeroplossingen;
• Het initiëren en begeleiden van internationale L&D-projecten en het creëren van draagvlak bij uiteenlopende stakeholders;
• Het monitoren van de effectiviteit van L&D-initiatieven en het continu verbeteren van programma's op basis van data, feedback en organisatiedoelstellingen.

Manager, Learning & Development

• Supports the development and implementation of organizational design initiatives across the business, contributes to the preparation of recommendations and supporting materials
• Assists in the assessment of organizational structures, roles, responsibilities and governance models
• Supports the documentation and maintenance of organizational structures and organizational design standards
• Collects, consolidates and analyses organizational and workforce data to support decision-making
• Supports the development of organizational effectiveness assessments, span and layer analyses and workforce planning activities
• Translates data into clear insights, reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership teams
• Contributes to the preparation of scenario analyses for organizational change initiatives
• Supports the planning, coordination and execution of organizational design projects
• Assists in preparing workshops, meetings and stakeholder engagement sessions
• Tracks project actions, milestones and deliverables to support successful implementation
• Collaborates with HR, Finance and business stakeholders to gather information and validate analyses
• Supports the identification of opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, governance and ways of working
• Contributes to the development and maintenance of methodologies, templates and tools used by the Organizational Design team
• Actively participates in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement activities within the team

Organizational Development Intern

• You will be joining us to provide support to the Learning and Development Team (part of People and Talent) based in Amsterdam and assist with organizational matters relating to onboarding, training, and e-learning.
• Organizing monthly onboarding bootcamp in EMEA
• Admin of our Learning Management System (LMS)
• Maintain and further development of online lessons in our LMS
• Improving onboarding initiatives based on received feedback
• Organization of the ad-hoc L&D initiatives (remotely and in the office)
• Implementation of own ideas in the area of L&D in Bynder and with external partners (e.g. universities)
• Organizing events and learning sessions for other interns
• Support in other People & Talent tasks
• Support in Well-Being initiatives
