• design and oversee regional compliance training strategies, curricula, and delivery models
• develop clear, effective compliance communications that reinforce expectations and drive awareness
• partner with Health Care Compliance, Legal, and business stakeholders to align policies and training with evolving regulatory requirements
• ensure effectiveness of training through metrics, assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives
• manage and develop a team and/or matrixed resources, fostering high performance and engagement
• oversee compliance-related change management and communication planning for new or updated requirements
• support audits, inspections, and internal reviews related to compliance policies and training programs

Manager, Compliance Execution Team – Training & Communications

• Develop high quality training programs tailored to technical, professional, and leadership needs worldwide
• Create specialized learning content as well as onboarding programs for R&D and other expert functions
• Facilitate in person, virtual, and blended training sessions
• Track and document training completions and certifications for internal and external audits
• Collaborate with Quality and Compliance teams to integrate audit results and corrective actions into training plans
• Conduct training needs assessments using performance data, stakeholder input, and compliance guidelines
• Translate insights into learning strategies that support business priorities and talent development
• Administer the LMS: assign learning, track progress, generate reports, and maintain data accuracy
• Leverage digital learning platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, internal systems) to enrich the learning offering

Learning and Development Expert – ZF Wind Power

• Develop and coordinate stakeholder awareness and engagement campaigns supporting the ITM-RC1 Project.
• Create and maintain communication materials, presentations, promotional content, and awareness campaign artefacts on the Agency portal.
• Support the development and production of promotional videos and communication products aligned with project objectives.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, track actions, and follow up with project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Business Areas, Service Owners, Service Delivery Managers, CIS Support Units, and ESOC.
• Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities through stakeholder engagement, workflow analysis, transition planning, and communications.
• Ensure communication and awareness activities remain aligned with project implementation and change management objectives.
• Support project-to-service transition (HOTO) activities, including the coordination and management of project, testing, service, and operational documentation.
• Monitor project progress and prepare weekly and monthly reports on deliverables, milestones, and documentation status.
• Perform other related change management, communications, and project support activities as required.

Organizational Change Manager

• Lead leadership assessments: Manage assessment processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and translate results into clear talent insights and profiles.
• Analyze critical roles and risks: Identify key positions, assess succession risks, and provide structured input for workforce and leadership planning.
• Design and deliver development initiatives: Create and implement leadership programs, including mentoring, rotations, and career acceleration opportunities.
• Support talent review and governance: Prepare and facilitate talent discussions, providing insights on leadership gaps, risks, and pipeline health.
• Ensure fair and consistent people practices: Monitor processes for bias and consistency while promoting transparency through clear reporting and communication.
