• You are the driving force to make DYGITIZED more well-known and to win new clients for us.
• You contribute your brilliant ideas to multichannel campaigns (paid, organic, email, etc.) to drive significant lead and customer growth.
• You plan, build, and optimize our campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• You don’t just think in funnels — you build them, including landing pages.
• You define and build outbound campaigns that don’t make people click “report spam” — using tools like Waalaxy and Apollo instead of manual outreach.
• You develop high-quality whitepapers, helpful checklists, or small tools that provide genuine value and that people are happy to exchange their contact details for.
• You keep the funnel in view, track cleanly, and deliver reporting that provides real insights — not just a graveyard of numbers.
• Existing content — especially our podcast “Never Stop Transforming” and the DYGITIZED magazine — reaches the right people through the right channels and is integrated into your paid and outbound campaigns.
• Together with our team you develop marketing campaigns that are not only loud but, above all, effective.
• For you, AI is not a buzzword but a tool.

Growth Marketing Manager – Lead Generation, Performance

• Eigenständige Kontaktaufnahme zu Grundschulen (Telefon, persönliche Gespräche, ggf. Vor-Ort-Termine)
• Kennenlernen der OGS/OGT-Strukturen
• Übergang in die pädagogische Arbeit mit Kindern (Kurse/AGs) ab den Herbstferien
• Begleitete Einarbeitung – du bist nicht allein
• Später (ab Schuljahr 2026/27) ist folgendes möglich: Durchführung spannender MINT-Kurse und Workshops mit Kindern und Jugendlichen im Alter von 8 bis 15 Jahren (z. B. Experimente, Technik-Module, biologische und technische Themen)
• Kursleitung oder Assistenz je nach Erfahrung – allein oder im Team
• Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung der Workshops – auch teilweise remote möglich
• Organisation und Einsatz unseres MINT-Spielekoffers
• Mitgestaltung neuer Inhalte : Deine Ideen und Fachkenntnisse sind ausdrücklich willkommen

Freiberufler Minijob – Akquise, MINT-Begleitung (Grundschule/OGS)

• You independently acquire new clients across the DACH media agency landscape — no lead lists, no micromanagement
• You leverage your existing network within media agencies as your initial engine and systematically expand it
• You run initial meetings, pitches and closing conversations at Senior and C-level autonomously
• You persuasively explain our full-funnel model — from CPM and CPV in the upper funnel to CPO, CPL and CPC in the lower funnel — and demonstrate how we take full performance responsibility across the entire funnel
• You qualify your own pipeline, report weekly to the executive management and are the revenue owner for your accounts
• You actively use industry events (OMR, dmexco, Ad Summit) for networking and new business development
• You work directly with the CEO — short decision paths and real decision-making authority
