About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You ensure that clicks turn into real leads.
- You are the driving force to make DYGITIZED more well-known and to win new clients for us.
- You contribute your brilliant ideas to multichannel campaigns (paid, organic, email, etc.) to drive significant lead and customer growth.
- You plan, build, and optimize our campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- You don’t just think in funnels — you build them, including landing pages.
- You define and build outbound campaigns that don’t make people click “report spam” — using tools like Waalaxy and Apollo instead of manual outreach.
- You develop high-quality whitepapers, helpful checklists, or small tools that provide genuine value and that people are happy to exchange their contact details for.
- You keep the funnel in view, track cleanly, and deliver reporting that provides real insights — not just a graveyard of numbers.
- Existing content — especially our podcast “Never Stop Transforming” and the DYGITIZED magazine — reaches the right people through the right channels and is integrated into your paid and outbound campaigns.
- Together with our team you develop marketing campaigns that are not only loud but, above all, effective.
- For you, AI is not a buzzword but a tool.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Growth mindset — you’re never satisfied with “it’s fine.”
- Proven experience building B2B lead-gen funnels — you can show campaigns and results, not buzzwords.
- Hands-on mentality — you don’t wait for the perfect brief or for someone else to do it.
- Ownership — we don’t have a thick management layer telling you every step.
- Curiosity about new tools and approaches — you’re the person who tries a new tool before being asked.
- Creative thinker — you’re excited about unconventional campaigns and also understand that every idea needs substance (i.e., numbers and facts).
- Strong communicator — you can clearly convey ideas and results, whether to the team or in your own content.
- Pragmatism over perfectionism — you know when “good enough to learn” matters more than “perfect but three weeks late.”
- Honesty, even when it’s uncomfortable — if a campaign underperforms or an idea fails, you say so openly rather than sugarcoat or hide it.
- Team player without ego — you work closely with freelancers, clients, and the team.
- Tool stack — Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, WordPress, Waalaxy/Apollo, a CRM (ideally Zoho), Google Analytics or similar.
- Copywriting — you write good ad copy, cold email sequences, and landing page text yourself — or at least brief so precisely that little rework is needed.
- Data literacy — you don’t just read campaign data, you interpret it and derive concrete next steps — KPIs like CPL, CVR, and CAC are familiar to you.
- AI toolstack — Claude in all its variations (Chat, Projects, Agents, MCPs), plus a sense for where other AI tools can meaningfully plug into existing workflows.
- Testing mindset — A/B tests and experiments are standard for you, not the exception — you know how to test cleanly without contaminating results.
- Nice-to-have — experience with marketing automation (ideally Zoho), basic understanding of SEO/GEO.
