• Execute consistent, high-volume outreach across phone, text, and email to re-engage and advance families.

• Apply a structured follow-up cadence to maintain engagement and prevent pipeline stagnation.
• Build trust quickly with families, understand their needs, and guide them to the best-fit care options.
• Partner with senior living communities and care providers to coordinate tours, share feedback, and support move-in conversion.
• Maintain accurate, real-time documentation in CRM to reflect pipeline status, next steps, and forecasts.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and conversion expectations.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, call reviews, and training to continuously improve performance.

Senior Inside Sales Advisor – Central Time

• As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be the voice of BBB —connecting with businesses in our Texas territories to share the value of BBB Accreditation.
• You’ll make 100+ outbound calls daily , using a mix of leads from our extensive database, warm leads, self-sourced prospects, and inbound requests.
• Your goal? Build trust, communicate value, and close deals with integrity.

Business Development Representative – Inside Sales

• analyze customer sales data to identify sales trends and opportunities with management
• initiating sales opportunities with both existing customers and new customers via both outbound cold calling and in-bound calls
• managing new price requests and working within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software system to maintain clean records of all customer information and pricing
• Serve as liaison between our Sales Agencies, Distributors & Territory Managers
• Answer questions via email or phone regarding existing orders in a timely manner

• Managing customer communications, selling & booking jobs, supporting sales conversations, and coordinating schedules for our field team
• Answering phones, booking jobs, reviewing inbound emails, text messages, responding to customer calls, and following up on online leads in a timely and professional manner
• Educating customers on our services, capabilities, pricing structure, and availability
• Building estimates and guiding customers through service decisions primarily by phone, text, and email
• Scheduling and coordinating jobs using our dispatching and scheduling software
• Maintaining accurate customer records, job notes, and sales activities within our CRM system
• Monitoring job progress and assisting technicians in real time in the field, communicating with clients, and ensuring jobs are running as expected
• Auditing job actions and information to ensure accuracy and completeness before being closed out, you have extreme attention to detail
• Communicating schedule updates and changes clearly with customers and field technicians
• Working closely with the GM and leadership team to support smooth daily operations
• Completing daily administrative and operational tasks using a structured checklist

• Contacts both new and existing customers to sell new and recurring business
• Creates and delivers proposals to customers
• Receives orders from customers and internal sources, reviews them for accuracy and send in for processing
• Ensures customer satisfaction and retention by providing excellent customer service and support, resolving any customer concerns or issues
• Accurately records information in CRM for forecasting
• Continues to stay up to date on company and customer technology to remain a trusted partner
• Sells complex products / services; utilizes knowledge of products / services and industry to evaluate and recommend best solutions to customers
• Strategic sales process; established base of accounts and stable revenue responsibility
• May utilize knowledge of industry to recommend updates or changes to product and service offering
