Infrastructure Engineer

• Lead solution design engagements across LOB application teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise infrastructure standards and approved products
• Drive end-to-end solution ownership, from initial design through onboarding, implementation alignment, and operational readiness
• Facilitate and lead cross-functional solutioning sessions with stakeholders including Application Development, CTO Architecture, WIMT Architecture, Security, Network, Middleware, and Database teams
• Apply practical execution experience to ensure solutions are realistic, implementable, and aligned to existing delivery processes
• Identify and resolve design gaps, conflicting requirements, and cross-team dependencies
• Partner with engineering and delivery teams to ensure solution designs transition cleanly into execution

Lead Infrastructure Engineer

• Provide operations, engineering, design, and troubleshooting support for teams on-premises and for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)-based logging products.
• Work with customers to gather requirements, onboard data, and assist with searches, dashboards, reports, and knowledge objects.
• Devise solutions for technical and business problems as well as adapt new technologies to improve Splunk, Cribl, and cloud operations.
• Support the systems engineering lifecycle activities for large, hybrid Splunk and Cribl deployments, including requirements gathering, design, testing, implementation, operations, and documentation.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and identify root causes of problems across the enterprise logging environment.
• Work on and lead projects that drive continuous improvement, enhancements of products, services, offerings, and governance.
• Coach and mentor customers and staff that require technical assistance and guidance.
• Partner with Agile Program and Product Management leads to develop, plan, and execute large initiatives.

Senior Infrastructure Engineering Advisor

• The Infrastructure Engineer will work on cross functional teams to build scalable infrastructure for our government -- designing, implementing, and delivering services that millions of Americans depend on.
• As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you may be responsible for technical leadership of platform infrastructure projects supporting dev teams and large-scale systems with a strong focus on automation, organization, and communication.
• Your work enables application development teams to run effectively in the cloud to deliver users a modern experience.
• You will be responsible for delivering on client requirements as well as providing long-term oversight and vision to help shape future work.
• Your strong cross-functional communication skills will complement your technical leadership skills to provide the highest value for government systems.

Infrastructure Engineer – Mid/Sr

• Design and implement Microsoft Purview solutions, including data classification, sensitivity labeling, and information protection policies
• Configure and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Insider Risk, and Data Lifecycle Management policies across Microsoft 365
• Support data discovery and classification across SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange
• Administer Purview Data Security Investigations (DSI) and support compliance investigations using analytics and reporting tools
• Monitor and optimize Purview configurations, delivering reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement recommendations

Lead Infrastructure Engineer – Purview

• Serve as the primary engineer and platform owner for the firm’s Identity & Access Management ecosystem, with emphasis on Okta, lifecycle workflows, and automation patterns.
• Triage incidents and calls.
• Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
• Manage and monitor Identity and Access controls through Okta and Entra/Active Directory.
• Create, support, and maintain Okta configurations to support access to business applications, Single Sign-On, SAML, SCIM, Multi-Factor Authentication, and lifecycle management.
• Create, support, and maintain the configuration and enforcement of policies and settings using Conditional Access, including phishing-resistant and device-aware authentication, biometrics, and managed-device enforcement for tier-1 applications.
• Provide administration, technical support, and troubleshooting for application authentication, provisioning, lifecycle, and SSO setup requests or issues through Okta and M365.
• Create, Support, and Maintain automation scripts, Azure Automation runbooks, Freshservice workflows, and related processes for employee onboarding and offboarding, group and account management, and OU/Active Directory processes.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and identity lifecycle workflows driven by UKG and other source systems, including integrations that pull and validate data from SQL databases and other structured data sources.
• Manage and monitor identity synchronization between Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, including sync rules, attribute mappings, scoping filters, exception handling, and AD extension attributes.
• Assist in the management of Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Support and maintain Netwrix Directory Manager and related technology platforms to enforce PAM and least privilege access.
• Support and maintain Microsoft Entra Privileged Identity Management (PIM), including role assignments, activation settings, approval workflows, and privileged access controls.
• Create, Support, and Maintain Microsoft Entra app registrations, enterprise applications, service principals, API permissions, client secret and certificate renewals, and related access controls.
• Establish and maintain standards for automation, scripting, documentation, reporting, monitoring, and change management within IAM and Automation.
• Collaborate closely with HR, Recruiting, Security, Infrastructure, User Support, application owners, and business partners, including Facilities, to support and improve identity and access workflows.
• Design and maintain end-to-end identity lifecycle processes (joiner, mover, leaver) across UKG/HRIS, Active Directory, Okta, M365, and key business applications.
• Provide day-to-day technical guidance and support for IAM and Automation processes.
• Ensure that systems related documentation is maintained and kept up to date.
• Provide 24 x 7 support for critical production systems.
