Implementation Specialist

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for insurance product implementations, enhancements, and system changes.
• Partner with Product Managers, Actuaries, Compliance, and Engineering to translate product specifications, underwriting rules, and regulatory requirements into clear business and system requirements.
• Configure and support the implementation of insurance products, including coverages, rating structures, forms, and underwriting rules within internal systems.
• Review product configuration, rating algorithms, and rate tables to help ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with approved filings.
• Research and analyze policy forms, endorsements, and regulatory filings to support compliant product implementation.
• Develop, execute, and document test cases and test scenarios for system, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate rating calculations, coverage rules, policy forms, and system functionality; identify defects, document findings, and partner with technical teams through resolution and retesting.
• Maintain accurate implementation documentation and support knowledge sharing for new product launches and system enhancements.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners to support timely and accurate delivery of product initiatives.
• Continuously build knowledge of Branch products, insurance concepts, system functionality, and regulatory requirements to increase individual effectiveness and contribution over time.

Senior Implementation Specialist

• Implement systems and processes for all of Stord's business units
• Oversee Systems Integrations and User Acceptance Testing end to end for upcoming brands
• Deploy technical and functional processes within the 4 walls, managing Design, SIT, UAT, Go-live and hypercare.
• Implement Stord's OMS and WMS systems end to end
• Implement physical and system processes to ensure self-sustainability and profitability within the fulfillment center operation
• Engage with internal teams as well as new and existing Stord customers to ensure a successful launch
• Serve as a partner to ensure on-going needs are being met to the standard provided
• Build easy to understand SOPs to hand-off to the Customer Experience and Local Operations teams

Implementation Engineer I

• Implement and deliver ALEX to customers
• Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve them delightfully
• Collaborate with internal teams to find helpful solutions
• Analyze customer benefit packages and customer-specific software builds to determine fit with Jellyvision’s proprietary software
• Document and communicate any customer-product fit issues you identify both internally and externally and propose ways to resolve them
• Build excellent rapport with customers
• Communicate project schedules and progress to customers so that they always know where we are in completing each release
• Think at least two steps ahead to try to make everyone’s lives smoother and happier
• Document process and product issues and ideas for improvement so that we are continually getting better at what we do and how we do it

Implementation Manager

• Drive the end-to-end engineering design and validation for new business and large-scale project implementations using innovative technology and efficient operational workflows
• Lead design and validation of facility layouts and operating plans for ambient, cold chain, and regulated product storage and distribution
• Conduct data analysis, labor modeling, and financial validation to optimize operational efficiency and streamline distribution process
• Lead discussions and calls with internal and external stakeholders to gather critical information, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Perform post-implementation gap analyses with actionable items to drive continuous improvement and performance alignment
• Drive adoption of AI-powered engineering practices, identifying opportunities to modernize workflows and enhance team productivity
• Ensure project success by managing timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and stakeholder communications
• Support team development through mentoring, training, and contributing to process improvement initiatives
• Utilizes knowledge, technology investigation to provide the best return on investment for our clients
• Incorporates healthcare regulatory and industry knowledge when implementing a new solution
