• Responsible for installing and activating the DLP platform.

Data Loss Prevention, Implementation Consultant – Part Time

• Coordinate the implementation process from signed contract through successful customer launch.
• Schedule and manage kickoff meetings, onboarding sessions, and implementation calls.
• Collect, validate, and organize onboarding documentation and customer information.
• Coordinate customer training sessions and monitor implementation milestones.
• Ensure customers successfully launch according to established timelines.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact during onboarding and implementation.
• Manage customer communications related to onboarding, implementation, training, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain implementation documentation, SOPs, and operational workflows.
• Monitor customer progress and proactively identify operational gaps.
• Receive, triage, and coordinate technical support requests.

• Track customer health, adoption, and engagement metrics.
• Identify at-risk customers and coordinate proactive engagement strategies.
• Support customer renewals through operational planning and cross-functional collaboration.

Customer Operations – Implementation Manager

• Installs, repairs and maintains hardware of ATM’s and related devices.
• Produces and maintains equipment performance/activity reports and installs modifications.
• Provides multi-vendor maintenance.
• Maintains day-to-day customer relationships; updates customers on equipment modifications; escalates issues.
• Diagnose problems – based on the information provided in assigned call as well as working with the customer to determine all issues at the site.
• Responsible for ownership of customer issues until resolution according to SLA agreements.
• Daily process the movement of stock and nature of the callout details on the mobile app.
• Communicate status updates with your electronic call notes throughout the day.
• Deal with customers and third-party service providers telephonically and in-person.
• Travel within South Africa to perform ATM’s and related devices servicing, installations and repairs.
• Be available on the stand-by roster on weekends, public holidays or weekend shift work, when required.

Customer Engineer

• Audit current workflows for order processing, financial management, and operational activities.
• Analyze existing software functionality to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and automation opportunities.
• Evaluate accounting processes and recommend AI-enhanced solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational scalability.
• Build and deploy AI agents using ChatGPT, Claude, and related AI technologies.
• Automate accounting workflows within QuickBooks, including invoice scanning, filing, and processing activities.
• Create secure automated systems for order processing, data retrieval, organization, and storage.
• Implement AI-powered solutions that automate repetitive and business-critical tasks.
• Partner closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to implement automation solutions.
