Implementation Specialist

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from initiation through client launch and post-launch follow-up
• Develop detailed implementation plans, timelines, and launch schedules in collaboration with clients and internal teams
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects across multiple geographies including APAC and global markets
• Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
• Act as a lead consultant and trusted advisor to Sales, Customer Success Managers, and clients

Implementation Manager

• Lead complex HRIS implementation projects: Independently manage and execute complex HRIS implementation requests, ensuring a smooth and successful roll-out for new and transitioning clients.
• Mentor and collaborate: Act as a mentor to new Implementation Managers, guiding them through complex scenarios and promoting best practices in HRIS implementation.
• Expert consulting: Serve as a consultant for client stakeholders, recommending and implementing best practices for HRIS migrations.
• Platform expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on the Deel HR platform and its touchpoints with other Deel products, providing expert guidance on features and functionalities.
• Data migration and integrity: Oversee and perform data imports to migrate client data from their outgoing HRIS to Deel HR, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Project management: Plan, validate, and meticulously test data transfers to prevent errors and minimize disruptions, consistently delivering projects to closure with high client satisfaction.
• Process improvement and leadership: Take a leading role in the development and refinement of internal HRIS migration processes, suggesting and implementing improvements to standard operating procedures and exploring product automation opportunities.
• Team coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of HRIS implementation projects, fostering a collaborative environment and driving project success.
• Data analysis and reporting: Analyze client data before and after migration to ensure accuracy, completeness, and client satisfaction, and produce detailed reports to inform internal stakeholders and improve future implementations.

Senior HR Implementation Consultant – APAC

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation and installation process across multiple regions and projects
• Prepare and oversee detailed work scopes, scheduling plans, and technician allocations to support on-time project delivery
• Manage technician capacity, workload prioritisation, and resource planning to meet customer and business requirements
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality expectations
• Identify, manage, and mitigate operational and delivery risks
• Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Provide regular project updates, resolve issues proactively, and ensure a positive customer experience
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, subcontractors, and field technicians
• Act as the primary escalation point for operational and project-related issues
• Monitor installation performance, project progress, and operational KPIs across the implementation function

• Deliver Accounting & Student Billing platform consulting and organizational change management to complex Business Offices, large and small. This multi-month implementation consulting consists of:
• Platform transition options consulting: Through discovery and collaboration with the client, evaluate, demo, and revise setup options.
• Orchestrate successful Business Office change management, where the tailored configurations, once approved, are documented, socialized, and deployed.
• Business Office workflow consulting: Create documented models to support the ways the school's Business Office can best leverage the Veracross Accounting & Student Billing modules to support their operation.
• Alongside the Veracross Lead Project Manager, develop Business Office implementation project plans based on the Accounting & Student Billing module configuration.
• Develop and orchestrate tailored Accounting & Student Billing support handoffs.
• Mentor clients in their chart of accounts design as needed.
• Coach Implementation Managers from basic Accounting consulting proficiency to moderate Accounting consulting proficiency.
• Write and update internal documentation to support continuous improvement of a standardized, best practice, Accounting & Student Billing implementation process, including training and adoption.
• Lead direct training engagements for strategic and high-complexity Accounting offices.
• Develop and maintain Student Billing & Accounting module product feedback that emerges from direct consultations.
• Achieve consultation success on time, and on budget.
• Participate with Marketing and Sales in 2-3 Independent School Business Office conferences a year.

Implementation Manager – Accounting, Student Billing

• Manage the entire onboarding process for your book of business, beginning to end - from sales handover through configuration, training, and activation.
• Conduct in-depth implementation and optimization sessions for new and cross sold customers, tailoring the experience to drive adoption and usage of our Helpdesk and AI Agent products.
• Build on behalf of the customer, utilizing a consultative approach to customize solutions that align with their specific needs and goals.
• Drive the activation ratio and reduce time to activation through a white-glove experience, providing guidance and onboarding for Helpdesk and AI Agent products.
• Establish trust with customers by demonstrating expert knowledge of our products, sharing best practices, and driving value-driven adoption to achieve key business results.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and support throughout the onboarding process.
• Document customer interactions and feedback meticulously, leveraging this data to continuously improve the onboarding and overall customer experience.
• Analyze and interpret e-commerce customer data, providing valuable insights to optimize support strategies using the AI Agent product.
• Drive project timelines through clear milestone setting with the customer, ensuring effective project management throughout the onboarding process.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocks to decrease time to value, assisting companies in launching quickly and effectively on Gorgias.
